But the Olympians behind \u201clifestyle and youth culture\u201d brand\u00a0TogethXR \u2014 Alex Morgan, Simone Manuel, Chloe Kim, and Sue Bird \u2014 seem to believe that the logo was ripped from their branding.<\/p>\n<p>Rapinoe, who is married to Bird, took the complaint to Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWelp. This is awkward,\u201d the hyper-political soccer player wrote, captioning\u00a0a screenshot of the XFL\u2019s branding announcement. \u201cOnly thing [The Rock] and [XFL 2023] are gonna be cookin\u2019 up is a response to the Cease and Desist and an ENTIRE new brand ID. [Togethxr] got this on lock boys.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRapinoe\u2019s tweet effectively serves as an unofficial \u2018cease and desist\u2019 shot before the athletes involved with the TogethXR brand formalizes the letter, which would be a precursor to potential intellectual property litigation,\u201d the Post reported.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Welp.
