But don\u2019t worry, unlike pop, I won\u2019t make you give me half your salary.\u201d Pop is Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The laptop \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/14\/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad\/\">infamously abandoned <\/a>at a Delaware repair shop in April 2019 \u2014\u00a0does not contain any direct evidence of such money transfers, but does show that Hunter was routinely on the hook for his father\u2019s household expenses while Joe Biden was vice president. <\/p>\n<p>The expenses are spelled out in an email to Hunter from business partner Eric Schwerin from June 5, 2010, entitled \u201cJRB Bills.\u201d  They concerned the upkeep of Joe Biden\u2019s palatial lakefront home in the wealthy Greenville enclave of Wilmington, Del. JRB are President Biden\u2019s initials.<\/p>\n<p>There were $1,239 in repairs to an air conditioner at \u201cmom-mom\u2019s cottage,\u201d and another $1,475 to a painter for \u201cback wall and columns at the lake house.\u201d There was also another $2,600 for fixing up a \u201cstone retaining wall at the lake\u201d and $475 \u201cfor shutters.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/hunter-biden-laptop-22-1.jpg\"><\/a><figcaption>Hunter Biden was routinely on the hook for his father\u2019s household expenses while Joe Biden was vice president, texts show.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In an email five days later, Schwerin said he received Joe Biden\u2019s \u201cDelaware tax refund check,\u201d which suggests he had personal access to the veep\u2019s finances. <\/p>\n<p>Schwerin was serving as president of Rosemont Seneca Partners, Hunter Biden\u2019s Chinese-linked investment firm. The email ties President Biden even closer to the messy web of his son\u2019s business dealings.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also evidence Joe Biden sometimes reimbursed his son.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am depositing it in his account and writing a check in that amount back to you since he owes it to you.
