For example, the Merriam-Webster dictionary\u00a0 describes the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/words-at-play\/equality-vs-equity-difference\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> term<\/a>\u00a0as \u201c<em>Equity<\/em>\u00a0is often related to justice or proportional fairness \u2026\u00a0<em>Equality<\/em>\u00a0differs from\u00a0<em>equity<\/em>\u00a0in that it relates more to sameness or equal distribution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019s embrace of \u201cequity\u201d \u2014 not equality, or color-blind enforcement of Congress\u2019s laws \u2014 seems to be shaping his policies at the DHS, including his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/04\/05\/mayorkas-pushes-backlog-amnesty-for-over-1-million-illegals-facing-deportation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">selective enforcement<\/a> of the nation\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/04\/05\/mayorkas-title-42-strategy-ensure-migrants-get-any-way-to-stay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">popular immigration laws<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Mayorkas described a minor example of equity \u2014 his efforts to help poor black communities get access to federal aid:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Just a few weeks ago, I was in Detroit, Michigan, meeting with faith leaders \u2014 predominantly African American faith leaders \u2014 in talking about our grant program, our nonprofit Security Grant Program, which is designed to protect nonprofit organizations, to enable enabled them to secure themselves against an increasing threat landscape. And what I learned was that our grant program is very complicated. It is very difficult in some respects to access. And some of these just as much in need, and perhaps in greater need of the funds that we have to distribute, don\u2019t have the resources to [hire] a grant-applicant professional \u2026 How can we break down those barriers? \u2026 How can we build for them the capacity that they might not otherwise have?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>But Mayorkas\u2019s promise of equity goes far beyond equal access to government funds \u2014 he is also applying <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/04\/05\/mayorkas-title-42-strategy-ensure-migrants-get-any-way-to-stay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cequity\u201d to help foreign migrants<\/a>\u00a0take jobs and wages from lower-skilled Americans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are building an immigration system that is designed to ensure due process, respect human dignity, and promote equity,\u201d Mayorkas<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SecMayorkas\/status\/1427989489243332611?s=20&#038;t=6Xa4lyBh8PtaLTuqM_Iwsg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> tweeted<\/a> in August 2021, as he sketched out his plans for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/24\/dhs-alejandro-mayorkas-builds-escalator-for-asylum-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">easy-asylum rules<\/a> that would encourage a mass migration of poor job-seekers into Americans\u2019 homeland.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>\u201cJustice is our priority,\u201d Mayorkas\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=A-ZUvKzmn_I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">declared<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0a November 2021 Senate hearing, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/11\/17\/border-chief-mayorkas-justice-is-our-priority\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">adding<\/a>, \u201cThat includes securing our border and providing relief to those [migrants] who qualify for it under our laws.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Illegals can remain in the United States to compete for jobs and housing, as long as they do not commit violent crimes, Mayorkas said in January 2022.\u00a0\u201cUnlawful presence in the United States, alone, will not be a basis for immigration enforcement action \u2026 it is a matter of justice and equity as well,\u201d he told the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/06\/09\/mayorkas-dignity-of-migrants-is-foremost-dhs-priority\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">described<\/a> his \u201cidentity\u201d as a champion for migrants in his speech to the 2021 American Constitutional Society (ACS) national convention:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The element of dignity [and] the rule of law: Those are two foundational guideposts as I seek to lead an agency, as we, as servants of the law, seek to bring justice in whatever we do. And here in the Department of Homeland Security, I think that must guide everything that we do.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Many advocacy groups are using \u201cequity\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilctr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Strength-in-Numbers-Understanding-Immigrants-with-a-Racial-Equity-Lens-Kim-Tabari.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">claims<\/a> to accelerate the inflow of non-white migrants and <a href=\"https:\/\/immigrationequality.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sexual diversities<\/a>\u00a0into Americans\u2019 homeland, and also to reduce <a href=\"http:\/\/fordhamlawreview.org\/issues\/enforcing-immigration-equity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">non-white deportations<\/a>. \u201cJust as Black people are more likely than white people to be\u00a0targeted by police, research suggests that Black immigrants are also\u00a0disproportionately vulnerable\u00a0to immigration enforcement,\u201d said an October 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vera.org\/news\/universal-representation-advances-racial-equity-for-immigrants-facing-deportation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a> by Vera.org.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/danalexander\/2021\/06\/22\/heres-how-much-secretary-of-homeland-security-alejandro-mayorkas-is-worth\/?sh=5814e484710f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a wealthy<\/a>, pro-migration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/06\/09\/mayorkas-dignity-of-migrants-is-foremost-dhs-priority\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zealot<\/a>\u00a0and is unlikely to feel any economic damage from the policies he inflicts on ordinary Americans. He is also wrapping his equity agenda for foreign migrants under the cloak of U.S. vague racial claims, saying in his Friday speech on equity:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The greatest terrorist-related threat that we face in the homeland is a threat of individuals drawn to violence because of ideologies of hate or false narratives propagated on social media and other online platforms. And the most prominent threat is a threat of white supremacists. And that came quite clearly to the surface when we saw over the past several months [threats against] historically black colleges and universities. We reached out in the department to the presidents of the HBCUs and requested that we be allowed to sit around the table with them to listen to what they were confronting, to understand the gravity of the threat that they face \u2026 its impact on their communities \u2014 the communities of students \u2014 and to be able to respond as they needed us to do, to have them around the table.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mayorkas did not explain \u201cideologies of hate or false narratives.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>But the economic impact of the government\u2019s extraction migration strategy has deeply damaged millions of Americans \u2014 and especially lower-skilled black and white Americans who have lost wages, jobs, and homes to a wave of imported replacement workers.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. government policies \u2014 including loose borders \u2014 have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/01\/10\/critics-joe-biden-is-restarting-hunger-games-migration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracted<\/a>\u00a0at least 15 million young, hard-working people from Mexico and Central America. Once transferred to the United States, the migrants are used as workers, consumers, and renters for U.S. investors. That population transfer hinders economic trade with the United States and makes it more difficult for the migrants\u2019 home countries to grow out of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/01\/10\/critics-joe-biden-is-restarting-hunger-games-migration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poverty and chaos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019s pro-migration policies are increasingly unpopular and politically dangerous to Joe Biden\u2019s diverse and divided coalition.<\/p>\n<p>For example, independent swing voters strongly oppose Biden\u2019s decision to lift the Title 42 border barrier in late May, according to a Morning Consult poll of 2,003 registered voters. \u201cWith the political environment now in a much more dire state for Democrats due to persistent inflation, immigration threatens to transform the upcoming midterm elections from a defeat into a catastrophe,\u201d according to an\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/morningconsult.com\/2022\/04\/06\/biden-approval-rating-immigration-title-42\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">April 6 report<\/a>\u00a0by Morning Consult.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMayorkas needs to remember that his salary is paid for by American taxpayers, and it is his job to serve Americans and their best interests,\u201d said a November 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairus.org\/staff\/pawel-styrna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">post<\/a> by Pawel Styrna, at the Federation for American Immigration Reform. \u201cInstead, he chooses to focus primarily and, in fact, solely, on the desires and needs of foreign nationals,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis is a textbook case of a government official openly and brazenly flouting his duties \u2013 and that has nothing to do with the classic Western understanding of justice,\u201d Styrna wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has used a wide variety of excuses and explanations \u2014 for example, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/nation-of-immigrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nation of Immigrants<\/a>\u201d \u2014 to justify its policy of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracting<\/a>\u00a0tens of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/02\/23\/report-u-s-immigrant-population-hits-record-46-6-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">millions<\/a>\u00a0of migrants and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/24\/bidens-border-agency-worries-about-tinder-swindler-amid-migration-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visa workers<\/a>\u00a0from poor countries to serve as workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.<\/p>\n<p>The self-serving\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic<\/a>\u00a0strategy of extraction migration has\u00a0no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/20\/gop-donors-economist-immigration-can-offset-foreign-trade-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stopping<\/a>\u00a0point. It is brutal to ordinary Americans because it cuts their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career<\/a>\u00a0opportunities,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shrinks<\/a>\u00a0their salaries and wages,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">raises<\/a>\u00a0their housing costs, and has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/15\/d-c-s-economic-policy-sidelines-almost-20-million-american-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shoved<\/a>\u00a0at least ten million American men\u00a0out of the labor force.<\/p>\n<p>Extraction migration also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distorts<\/a>\u00a0the economy, and curbs Americans\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>, partly because it allows employers to use stoop labor instead of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/05\/watch-americans-machines-hard-working-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">machines.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Migration also reduces voters\u2019 political\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&#038;rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS946US946&#038;oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&#038;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.10228j0j4&#038;sourceid=chrome&#038;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">clout<\/a>, undermines employees\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/04\/joe-biden-delivers-flood-of-cheap-migrant-labor-to-new-york\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">workplace<\/a>\u00a0rights, and widens the regional wealth <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaps<\/a> between the Democrats\u2019 coastal states and the Republicans\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/01\/10\/former-steeltown-seeks-afghans-to-replace-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heartland<\/a>\u00a0states.<\/p>\n<p>An economy built on extraction migration also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/06\/06\/authors-antifa-rioters-are-the-tech-economys-college-discards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alienates young people<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/survey-elite-imposed-migration-is-transforming-national-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radicalizes<\/a>\u00a0Americans\u2019 democratic, compromise-promoting civic\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/search\/?s=%22white+supremacy%22#gsc.tab=0&#038;gsc.q=%22white%20supremacy%22&#038;gsc.page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">culture<\/a>\u00a0because it allows wealthy elites to ignore <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diseases_of_despair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">despairing<\/a> Americans\u00a0at the\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JorgeAl49986803\/status\/1439791277571145737?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">bottom<\/a>\u00a0of society.<\/p>\n<p>The economic strategy also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/01\/dhs-mayorkas-welcomes-illegal-migrant-survivor-boat-disaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kills<\/a>\u00a0many migrants,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/05\/watch-americans-machines-hard-working-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exploits<\/a>\u00a0poor people,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/04\/13\/joe-bidens-half-open-border-splits-tens-of-thousands-of-families\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">splits<\/a>\u00a0foreign families, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/01\/10\/critics-joe-biden-is-restarting-hunger-games-migration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracts<\/a> wealth from\u00a0the poor home countries.<\/p>\n<p>The extraction migration policy is backed by progressives who wish to transform the United States from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into a progressive-led empire of competing identity groups. \u201cWe\u2019re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,\u201d Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA),\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/03\/21\/opinion\/sway-kara-swisher-ro-khanna.html?showTranscript=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">told<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0<em>New York Times<\/em>\u00a0on March 21. \u201cIt will be an extraordinary achievement \u2026 we will ultimately triumph,\u201d he insisted.<\/p>\n<p>Not surprisingly, the wealth-shifting extraction migration policy is very unpopular, according to a\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/03\/30\/harvard-harris-poll-5-in-6-americans-want-to-end-immigration-from-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wide<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/01\/14\/poll-americans-want-companies-hire-americans-before-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">variety<\/a> of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/04\/13\/ipsos-poll-nearly-8-in-10-americans-want-immigration-moratorium-for-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polls<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The polls\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/08\/05\/poll-swing-voters-hugely-oppose-2020-democrats-promising-more-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">show<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/24\/poll-trumps-opponents-applaud-his-jobs-for-americans-immigration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deep<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2017\/01\/31\/poll-shows-public-support-trump-migration-poicy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broad<\/a>\u00a0public\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/05\/28\/business-poll-backfires-shows-public-wants-less-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opposition<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/11\/16\/exit-polls-3-in-4-voters-want-less-immigration-during-and-after-pandemic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">labor migration<\/a>\u00a0and the inflow of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/08\/06\/ipsos-poll-public-opposes-migrant-workers-by-21\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">temporary<\/a> contract workers\u00a0into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a
