Thomas Massie broke the news of the party line vote amidst a Judiciary Committee debate over a domestic terrorism bill via Twitter, revealing \u201cDue to a troubling DHS bulletin, @RepAndyBiggsAZ offered an amendment to prevent the targeting of Americans due to their views on COVID vax.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dEvery Dem. voted against his amdt!,\u201d the Kentucky Congressman continued.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/117\/bills\/hr350\/BILLS-117hr350ih.pdf\">bill<\/a> in question, H.R. 350 or the Domestic Terrorism\u00a0Prevention Act of 2021, authorizes various federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to use taxpayer-funded resources to \u201canalyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity\u201d and \u201ctake steps to prevent domestic terrorism.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The term \u201cdomestic terrorism,\u201d however, has seen its definition reoriented under President Joe Biden, with a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/ntas\/advisory\/national-terrorism-advisory-system-bulletin-february-07-2022\">memo<\/a> from the Department of Homeland Security claiming individuals spreading \u201cconspiracy theories\u201d and \u201cdisinformation\u201d pose a significant threat to American national security.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gettr.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/GETTR_GetOnGettr_DM_V02_A5.jpg\" alt=\"Get On Gettr\" style=\"text-align: center;\" \/>  <\/a>\n<\/div>\n<p>The document, released February, singled out individuals sharing election fraud and COVID-19-related stories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19.
