Christian Adams called the ruling a \u201cmonumental victory for election integrity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmericans have a right to documents exposing government malfeasance and non-citizens being registered and even voting,\u201d Adams said. \u201cPennsylvania spent four years fighting transparency and trying to hide their mistakes. It is sad that transparency in Pennsylvania elections had to be enforced by a court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Late last year, House Democrats <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/09\/democrats-block-requiring-states-to-remove-foreign-nationals-from-voter-rolls\/\">blocked<\/a> an effort that would have required states to remove foreign nationals from their voter rolls as part of annual maintenance.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>John Binder is a reporter for Breitbart News.
