Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly of Arizona; Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire; Jon Tester of Montana; and <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/31\/joe-manchin-title-42-joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Joe Manchin<\/a> of West Virginia. They joined six Republicans as co-sponsors.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7406085\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-7406085\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sen. (Photo by Patrick Semansky-Pool\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden administration was wrong to set an end date for Title 42 without a comprehensive plan in place,\u201d Kelly said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kelly.senate.gov\/press-releases\/kelly-sinema-bipartisan-group-of-senators-introduce-bill-delaying-end-of-title-42-ensuring-coordination-and-communication-with-arizona-border-communities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">statement<\/a> Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArizona communities bear the brunt of the federal government\u2019s failure at our border, so we\u2019re stepping in and protecting border communities by ensuring the Administration works hand-in-hand with local leaders, law enforcement, and non-profits to put a comprehensive, workable plan in place before lifting Title 42,\u201d Sinema said. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/04\/07\/obama-department-homeland-security-chief-jeh-johnson-throws-joe-biden-under-bus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Obama\u2019s DHS Chief Throws Biden Admin Under The Bus As Border Surge Looms)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The White House <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/30\/white-house-admits-the-border-crisis-is-about-to-get-a-lot-worse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced<\/a> it believes there will be an influx of migrants at the border when Title 42 ends, and that the administration is preparing for such a scenario.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a decision that we have long deferred to CDC, Title 42 is a public health directive, it is not an immigration or migration enforcement measure.
