To mitigate the risks to the financial institutions, suspicious wire transfers over $10,000 are flagged for review. Wire transactions involving more than $10,000 are also to be reported to the Internal Revenue Service.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, international wire payments, such as those to James and Hunter, are monitored by the Office of Foreign Assets Control to ensure the money is not a part of corrupt business schemes.<\/p>\n<p>A grand jury is currently\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/hunter-biden-investigation-federal-tax-new-details\/\">investigating<\/a>\u00a0the Biden family for tax fraud, money laundering, and the violation of lobbying laws in relation to corrupt business deals undertaken while President Joe Biden was in top positions in the U.S. government.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>James and Hunter Biden were both directly paid by Chinese entities and promised retainer fees for their China work, totaling $165,000, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) told CBS News.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">CBS: \u201cMore than 150 transactions involving either Hunter or James Biden&#8217;s global business affairs were flagged as concerning by U.S. banks for further review.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Biden White House has their heads in the sand: \u201cWe don&#8217;t comment on the laptop.\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/1rujiMhJGf\">pic.twitter.com\/1rujiMhJGf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Steve Guest (@SteveGuest) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SteveGuest\/status\/1511891030915825665?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 7, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_17839490\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n<p>The wire transfers could be the intake component of a greater payout mechanism. In 2019, Hunter revealed in texts the Biden family\u2019s payout vehicle. The detailed mechanism indicates a collection of 50 percent of familial salaries for 30 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,\u201d Hunter described in texts to his daughter. \u201cIt\u2019s really hard. But don\u2019t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won\u2019t make you give me half your salary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to emails from Hunter\u2019s laptop, Hunter\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/07\/04\/hunter-biden-engaged-in-some-daddy-pay-care-devine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">paid<\/a>\u00a0Joe Biden\u2019s phone bill and various expenses while Joe Biden served as vice president, the\u00a0<em>New York Post<\/em>\u00a0reported:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n<blockquote>\n[W]hile Joe was vice president, Hunter routinely paid at least some of his father\u2019s household expenses, including AT&#038;T bills of around $190 a month.<\/p>\n<p>We know from an e-mail on June 5, 2010, with the subject \u201cJRB bills\u201d to Hunter from\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/12\/12\/hunter-biden-failed-to-disclose-400k-in-burisma-payments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">Eric Schwerin<\/a>, his business partner at Rosemont Seneca, that he was expected to foot hefty bills to Wilmington contractors for maintenance and upkeep of his father\u2019s palatial lakefront property. Joe\u2019s initials are JRB, for Joseph Robinette Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The bills that June included $2,600 to contractor Earle Downing for a \u201cstone retaining wall\u201d at\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/article\/joe-biden-houses-photos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">Joe\u2019s Wilmington estate<\/a>, $1,475 to painter Ronald Peacock to paint the \u201cback wall and columns\u201d of the house, and $1,239 to builder Mike Christopher for repairs to the air conditioning at the cottage of Joe\u2019s late mother, Jean \u201cMom-Mom\u201d Biden, which was on his property and which he would later rent to the Secret Service for $2,200 a month.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>According to\u00a0former Utah U.S. attorney Brett Tolman, the Biden family\u2019s payment mechanism\u00a0may reveal the core of an entrenched business enterprise, which could involve legal \u201cpredicates\u201d for\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/05\/hunter-bidens-depicted-family-payout-mechanism-further-proved-in-ron-klains-2012-email\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">racketeering<\/a>\u00a0charges.<\/p>\n<p>Reports indicate Hunter and Joe shared bank accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/crime\/2022\/04\/03\/turley-special-counsel-must-be-appointed-to-investigate-hunter-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">believes<\/a>\u00a0a special counsel should be appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland to study Hunter\u2019s corruption.
