(Photo by Tom Brenner\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 12:40 PM PT \u2013 Wednesday, February 17, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>Conservative lawmakers launched a series of legislative proposals against China to challenge Biden\u2019s soft stance on the communist regime. On Tuesday, Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) said he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/02\/16\/exclusive-conservative-lawmakers-legislative-blitz-biden-weakness-china\/\">led the effort<\/a> with the Republican Study Committee. He noted \u201cwe must continue President Trump\u2019s approach to confronting China.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The legislative campaign included policy rollouts and informative messaging to tame China\u2019s aggression and to expose Joe Biden\u2019s leniency.
