While the current case on review may not be \u2018violent\u2019 under the Penal Code, Inmate Martin\u2019s criminal conduct is violent and lengthy.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>She also noted, \u201cInmate Martin has committed several felony violations and clearly has little regard for human life and the law, which can be shown by his conduct in his prior felony convictions of robbery, possession of a firearm and prior misdemeanor conviction of providing false information to a peace officer.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_20506286\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/media.breitbart.com\/media\/2022\/04\/crime-scene-sacramento-california-mass-shooting-apr3-22-ap.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Investigators search for evidence in the area of a mass shooting In Sacramento, CA, April 3, 2022. (AP Photo\/Rich Pedroncelli)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The AP\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/business-california-sacramento-crime-gun-politics-1d199428230e554f8f93ce01d0451945\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">observed<\/a>\u00a0that the first suspect arrested in connection with the Sacramento shooting was 26-year-old Dandrae Martin, the brother of Smiley Martin.<\/p>\n<p>KLVU <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ktvu.com\/news\/third-suspect-arrested-in-aftermath-of-sacramento-mass-shooting\">explains<\/a> that a third suspect,\u00a031-year-old Daviyonne Dawson, has also been arrested.
