Even more alarming, voter records mark Klitzke as having voted in both the Nov. 3, 2020 election and the April 6, 2021 election despite being legally ineligible to vote in either.<\/p>\n<p>An official <a href=\"https:\/\/thomasmoresociety.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Outagamie-County-WEC-Complaint-3-31-22-filed-copy.pdf\">complaint<\/a> from the Thomas More Society and Klitzke\u2019s daughter and guardian, Lisa Goodwin, against the Wisconsin Elections Commission, the Grand Chute town clerk, and the Outagamie County Circuit Court clerk details the alleged violations and discusses the scope of voter abuse in the state.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The complaint specifies that, in response to Goodwin\u2019s petition for guardianship of her mother due to cognitive decline, \u201cthe Outagamie County Circuit Court restricted Sandra Klitzke\u2019s right to vote\u201d and that such rights \u201cmay not be exercised by any person.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI could not explain why the WisVote voting records would have indicated that my mother had voted,\u201d Goodwin explained, clarifying that \u201cNeither I nor any other member of my immediate family completed an absentee ballot for my mother.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An <a href=\"https:\/\/thomasmoresociety.org\/nursing-home-voter-abuse-at-center-of-grand-chute-wisconsin-election-complaint\/\">article<\/a> from the Thomas More Society specifically alleges that \u201cWisconsin Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe, Town Clerk of Grand Chute Angie Cain, and Outagamie County Circuit Court Clerk Barb Bocik\u201d have violated \u201cstate law and the Outagamie County Circuit Court Order by allowing a ward under a \u2018do not vote\u2019 guardianship order to register and vote.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The complaint also charges that, according to data compiled from WisVote, the state of Wisconsin only lists 802 individuals as legally \u201cincompetent\u201d to vote, despite a review of county-by-county records finding that the number should be as high as 5,000.<\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator Wolfe has previously faced calls to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jsonline.com\/story\/news\/politics\/elections\/2021\/11\/01\/wisconsin-elections-administrator-meagan-wolfe-says-she-wont-resign\/6238085001\/\">resign<\/a> from state lawmakers following accusations that she \u200b\u200b committed \u201cfelonies by telling election clerks to mail absentee ballots to nursing homes instead of visiting them in person during the COVID-19 pandemic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Previous <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/10\/29\/wisconsin-elections-commission-shattered-laws-by-telling-nursing-home-staffers-to-illegally-cast-ballots-for-residents\/\">reporting<\/a> revealed that in Wisconsin\u2019s Racine County, a woman was recorded as having voted in the 2020 presidential election who had died before Election Day. The Wisconsin Elections Commission also violated state law when it instructed workers at residential care facilities to help residents vote, even if it meant marking their ballots for them. <\/p>\n<p>Further reporting <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/03\/wisconsin-special-counsel-finds-widespread-election-fraud-in-2020-nursing-homes\/\">found<\/a> that there were instances of election fraud at at least 90 different nursing homes across the state, but that District Attorney Patricia Hanson refused to prosecute those responsible for the election fraud. In at least one case, a resident at a residential care facility went with her family to her assigned polling place to cast a ballot but was told that she had already voted. <\/p>\n<p>There are roughly 92,000 people in such facilities throughout Wisconsin, a sizable number given that Biden won the state by 20,682 votes.<\/p>\n<p>Neither Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe, Town Clerk of Grand Chute Angie Cain, nor Outagamie County Circuit Court Clerk Barb Bocik responded to requests for comment.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<div class=\"article-author-description fst-italic\">\n  Spencer Lindquist is an intern at The Federalist and a senior at Pepperdine University where he studies Political Science and Rhetoric and Leadership and serves as Pepperdine\u2019s College Republicans President.
