The payout mechanism indicates a collection of 50 percent of familiar salaries for 30 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,\u201d Hunter described in 2019 to his daughter the family\u2019s payment mechanism. \u201cIt\u2019s really hard. But don\u2019t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won\u2019t make you give me half your salary,\u201d the text string continued.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>According to emails from Hunter\u2019s laptop, Hunter <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/07\/04\/hunter-biden-engaged-in-some-daddy-pay-care-devine\/\">paid<\/a> Joe Biden\u2019s phone bill and various expenses while Joe Biden served as vice president, the <em>New York Post<\/em> reported:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n[W]hile Joe was vice president, Hunter routinely paid at least some of his father\u2019s household expenses, including AT&#038;T bills of around $190 a month.<\/p>\n<p>We know from an e-mail on June 5, 2010, with the subject \u201cJRB bills\u201d to Hunter from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/12\/12\/hunter-biden-failed-to-disclose-400k-in-burisma-payments\/\">Eric Schwerin<\/a>, his business partner at Rosemont Seneca, that he was expected to foot hefty bills to Wilmington contractors for maintenance and upkeep of his father\u2019s palatial lakefront property. Joe\u2019s initials are JRB, for Joseph Robinette Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The bills that June included $2,600 to contractor Earle Downing for a \u201cstone retaining wall\u201d at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/article\/joe-biden-houses-photos\/\">Joe\u2019s Wilmington estate<\/a>, $1,475 to painter Ronald Peacock to paint the \u201cback wall and columns\u201d of the house, and $1,239 to builder Mike Christopher for repairs to the air conditioning at the cottage of Joe\u2019s late mother, Jean \u201cMom-Mom\u201d Biden, which was on his property and which he would later rent to the Secret Service for $2,200 a month.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Hunter allegedly paid these bills while Joe Biden was making $250,000 per year as vice president. Joe Biden has denied knowledge or involvement in the Biden Family\u2019s business scheme. But additional Scherwin emails to Hunter suggest\u00a0Joe Biden knew of the Biden family business scheme and wanted his bills covered by the agreement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFYI, there are a few outstanding bills that need to be paid and I am not sure which ones are a priority and which should get paid out of \u2018my\u2019 account and which should be put on hold or paid out of the \u2018Wilmington Trust Social Security Check Account,\u201d\u00a0a\u00a0Scherwin\u00a0email reads as reported form the Daily Mail. \u201cThere is about $2,000 extra in \u2018my\u2019 account beyond what is used for monthly expenses.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">It is unknown why Scherwin would reference his account with quotation marks around the word \u201cmy.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"und\" dir=\"ltr\">\u1f44 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/8X0kn7o79J\">pic.twitter.com\/8X0kn7o79J<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 RNC Research (@RNCResearch) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RNCResearch\/status\/1511343645844254731?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 5, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>According to\u00a0former Utah U.S. attorney Brett Tolman, the Biden\u2019s family payment mechanism of\u00a0collecting\u00a050 percent of family salaries for 30 years could be legal \u201cpredicates\u201d for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/04\/04\/hunter-biden-grand-jury-witness-was-asked-about-deal-with-chinese-firm-and-the-big-guy\/\">racketeering<\/a>\u00a0charges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI get that there\u2019s spin, but this is not a complex one,\u201d Tolman told the\u00a0<em>Post\u00a0<\/em>in relation to potential serious charges\u00a0against\u00a0the Bidens.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cConspiracy is a standalone crime in our country, and you\u2019ve certainly got enough to present to the grand jury that\u00a0there\u2019s a conspiracy among Joe, [brother] James and Hunter to bring in money, to not declare that money, to not pay taxes on that money,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Klain\u00a0tried on Sunday to distance Joe Biden from the Biden family business. Klain claimed he was \u201cconfident that his [Biden] family did the right thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut, again, I want to just be really clear, these are actions by Hunter and his brother,\u201d Klain told ABC New\u2019s George Stephanopoulos.\u201d \u201cThey\u2019re private matters. They don\u2019t involve the president.
