In comparison, only 40 percent had a favorable opinion of Harris, while four percent still remained unsure how they felt.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Rasmussen noted that even the leftist CNN acknowledged in March that Harris\u2019 office had \u201csuffered a turbulent first year due to missteps and messaging failures.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her office has had a revolving door since she became vice president.<\/p>\n<p>On\u00a0Monday, it was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/us\/exclusive-us-vice-president-harris-deputy-chief-staff-depart-2022-04-04\/\">reported<\/a>\u00a0that Harris\u2019s deputy chief of staff, Michael Fuchs, would be leaving her office. Last week, in a speech she delivered with\u00a0Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness, Harris had\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/03\/31\/kamala-harris-delivers-word-salad-jamaican-prime-minister-pandemic-recovery\/\">trouble<\/a>\u00a0communicating that the U.S. would be providing economic assistance to the island nation.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The Rasmussen poll also found that the majority (54 percent) of respondents believe Harris is not qualified to assume the responsibilities of the presidency; 45 percent of these replied that she is \u201cnot at all qualified,\u201d while 9 percent consider her \u201cnot very qualified.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In comparison, less than half of the respondents (42 percent) said she is\u00a0qualified to assume the\u00a0responsibilities of the presidency. Four percent remained unsure.<\/p>\n<p>The respondents were also neatly tied on the question of whether President Joe Biden would leave office and be replaced by Harris before the 2024 presidential election. Forty-four percent said it is not likely to happen, while 43 percent said it is likely. Thirteen percent of the respondents said they were unsure.<\/p>\n<p>The Rasmussen Reports\u00a0nation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/questions\/questions\/march_2022\/questions_vice_president_kamala_harris_march_27_28_2022\">survey<\/a> polled 1,000 likely voters and was conducted on March 27 and 28.
