You can also try the newer barista milk, which is an oat milk designed to create a foaming effect and to combine with hot liquid without separating. Compared to full-fat unsweetened oat milk, barista milk tends to contain around the same amount of calories and protein but may contain less fat. Some varieties will contain more iron than others, as is the case with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacificfoods.com\/our-products\/oat-plant-based-beverages\/organic-oat-original\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pacific Foods Organic Oat Original<\/a>. So if that\u2019s a concern for you, be sure to check the label. Also, many of these products, including Oatly\u2019s unsweetened milks, are fortified and an excellent source of certain nutrients such as\u00a0calcium,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/drugs\/vitamin-a-oral-injection\" data-gd-wrapped=\"\">vitamin A<\/a>,\u00a0vitamin B12, and\u00a0vitamin D.
