listed individuals, starting with M.A., a minor being represented by a parent, and a Jane Doe, another minor. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-5e19d842=\"\"><\/section>\n<section data-v-5e19d842=\"\">\n<p>The lawsuit, also mentioned that the Jane Doe plaintiff is a ten-year-old biological male who has identified as female <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/americas-creation-of-the-transgender-child\">and been encouraged to do so by his family for the past seven years<\/a>, since the plaintiff was a mere three years old. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-5e19d842=\"\">\n<p> The Parental Rights in Education bill, which has been dubbed by its detractors <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/desantis-blasts-reporter-for-using-dont-say-gay-label-for-anti-grooming-bill\">the &#8220;Don&#8217;t Say Gay&#8221; bill<\/a>, requires that teachers of school children from the K-3 grades use materials appropriate to children&#8217;s ages and levels of cognitive development.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-5e19d842=\"\">\n<p>The legal complaint also seeks an immediate injunction which would prevent the law from being enforced while its fate is deliberated. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-5e19d842=\"\">\n<p>As defendants, Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis is named first, along with a laundry list of top members of his administration and of many school board directors of school districts where the plaintiffs or their children attend classes. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-5e19d842=\"\">\n<p> The lawsuit also states that &#8220;HB 1557 erases other LGBTQ members of the school community and parents, to the detriment of all,&#8221;
