Revoking Title 42 will supercharge the skyrocketing flow of illegal aliens, increasing drug, human and sex trafficking. This is a dereliction of duty!\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Joe Biden&#8217;s reckless border policies have allowed 2+ million foreigners to enter our country illegally via the southern border. They stated in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/567980415\/4-4-Title-42-Complaint\">complaint,<\/a> \u201cThis suit challenges an imminent, man-made, self-inflicted calamity: the abrupt elimination of the only safety valve preventing this administration\u2019s disastrous border policies from devolving into an unmitigated catastrophe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Around 2.5 million illegal migrants have entered the United States since Biden was inaugurated, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/04\/04\/biden-opens-the-title-42-gates\/\">the New York Post<\/a> noted, adding:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Already, charter flights to White Plains airport in Westchester have started again, after a hiatus following The Post\u2019s report last October revealing migrant planes landing in the middle of the night several times a week and unloading hundreds of migrants, claimed to be children, to be spirited away on buses to locations around New York and neighboring states.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cU.S. Customs and Border Protection announced a record 1.7 million migrant encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border in 2021,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/news\/senate\/3256527-manchin-bidens-repeal-of-title-42-order-a-frightening-decision\/\">The Hill<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not just the GOP that is furious about the termination of Title 42; Democratic Senator Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia as well as Democratic Senators Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona have condemned terminating Title 42.<\/p>\n<p>Manchin stated, \u201cToday\u2019s announcement by the CDC and the <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/people\/joe-biden\/\"><span data-nid=\"5215\">Biden<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Administration is a frightening decision. Title 42 has been an essential tool in combatting the spread of COVID-19 and controlling the influx of migrants at our southern border. We are already facing an unprecedented increase in migrants this year, and that will only get worse if the Administration ends the Title 42 policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sinema echoed, \u201cPrematurely ending Title 42 without a comprehensive,\u00a0workable plan\u00a0would\u00a0put\u00a0at risk the health and safety of Arizona communities and migrants. Today\u2019s decision to\u00a0announce an end\u00a0to\u00a0Title 42\u00a0despite not yet having a comprehensive plan ready shows a\u00a0lack\u00a0of understanding\u00a0about\u00a0the crisis at our border.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kelly added, \u201cThis is the wrong decision. It\u2019s unacceptable to end Title 42 without a plan and coordination in place to ensure a secure, orderly, and humane process at the border.
