Kaepernick\u2019s supporters believe that teams haven\u2019t scheduled workouts for fear of incurring public backlash.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>By scheduling the throwing session during a spring game with dozens of NFL scouts already in attendance, Harbaugh helped Kapernick get around that particular requirement.<\/p>\n<p>When asked by reporters for his message to NFL teams, Kaepernick was direct.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat I can help make you a better team,\u201d\u00a0Kaepernick <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JeannaTrotmanTV\/status\/1510314139536658432\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told<\/a>\u00a0Detroit\u2019s WXYZ. \u201cI can help you win games. I know right now the situation likely won\u2019t allow me to come in and step into a starting role.
