The Ukrainian Defence Ministry and the general staff did not respond to requests for comment,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/ukraine-strikes-fuel-depot-russias-belgorod-regional-official-says-2022-04-01\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to<\/a> Reuters.<\/p>\n<p>The report also comes following news on Tuesday that the Russian Defense Ministry claimed that it was going to \u201cradically\u201d reduce troop presence near Ukraine\u2019s capital city of Kyiv and its northern city, Chernihiv, as a way to help peace talks move forward.<\/p>\n<p>The Pentagon soon shared its skepticism concerning the report.
