Bob Good mocked Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson on the House floor Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you, Person Speaker. And I say Person Speaker because I\u2019m not a biologist and out of respect for our Supreme Court nominee, I don\u2019t feel qualified to say Madam Speaker,\u201d Good said.<\/p>\n<p>The representative spoke in opposition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.warnock.senate.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Affordable-Insulin-Now-Fact-Sheet-2.17.2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Affordable Insulin Now Act,<\/a> which passed the House Thursday, to cap patient out-of-pocket insulin costs at $35 per month or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2022\/03\/31\/1090085513\/house-passes-bill-to-cap-insulin-prices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">25%<\/a> of an insurance plan\u2019s negotiated price.\u00a0The representative said the legislation is \u201cjust more of the government controlling your healthcare.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Good referenced Jackson <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/22\/judge-jackson-marsha-blackburn-woman-definition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">declining<\/a> to define the term \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/24\/matt-walsh-gender-ideology-jesse-watters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">woman<\/a>\u201d because she is \u201cnot a biologist\u201d when pressed by Republican Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn at her March 22 confirmation hearing. When the senator asked if the term is too controversial, the nominee vowed to review disputed definitions and make a final decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCan you provide a definition for the term \u2018woman?,&#8217;\u201d Blackburn asked. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/23\/tucker-carlson-twitter-transgender-movement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: \u2018They Control Your Brain\u2019: Tucker Argues The Left Uses The \u2018Trans Movement\u2019 To \u2018Censor\u2019 People)\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCan I provide a definition? No,\u201d Jackson replied. \u201cNot in this context, I\u2019m not a biologist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Blackburn said her inability to provide a definition \u201cunderscores the dangers\u201d of progressive education that led to the victory of transgender swimmer <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/21\/virginia-tech-swimmer-reka-gyorgy-slams-ncaa-rules-lia-thomas-compete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lia Thomas<\/a>, a biological male, dominating female athletes in the 500-freestyle race at the NCAA Swimming Championships.<\/p>\n<p>When Republican Texas Sen. John Cornyn asked <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/23\/not-biologist-judge-jackson-declines-answer-20-week-old-unborn-child-outside-womb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jackson<\/a> whether a 20-week-old unborn child can live outside the womb, the nominee reiterated her claim that she is not a biologist and therefore refused to answer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t know whether an unborn child can live outside the womb at 20 weeks gestation?\u201d Cornyn pressed.
