James Lankford (R-OK) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Breitbart\/videos\/4915113355233548\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> Wednesday. \u201cThat\u2019s their whole plan,\u201d he said:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>They\u2019re now presenting their plan to us of what they\u2019re going to do when they take Title 42 off \u2026 What they have worked on apparently for a year is a way to expedite people crossing the border and moving [them] into the interior at a faster rate \u2026 They talk about \u201cHow do we actually move people to the interior faster so they don\u2019t get clogged up at the border and the images that all of you saw [on TV] last summer don\u2019t occur again at the border with thousands and thousands of people?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThat is not a plan to help us with illegal immigration,\u201d said Lankford, whose record on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/03\/09\/dems-freeze-confirmation-process-for-bidens-ice-chief\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">immigration and Oklahoma wages<\/a> is weak.<\/p>\n<p>The administration\u2019s policy is \u201cnot to make it better, but to actually make it worse,\u201d said Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_17476922\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/media.breitbart.com\/media\/2021\/08\/GettyImages-1324824439.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Migrants board a bus to be taken to a border patrol processing facility after crossing the Rio Grande into the U.S. on June 21, 2021, in La Joya, Texas. \u00a0(Brandon Bell\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/news\/2022\/03\/30\/fact-sheet-dhs-preparations-potential-increase-migration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plan<\/a> was outlined on March 30 by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is run by pro-migration zealot Alejandro Mayorkas:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The strategy includes: 1) Acquiring and deploying resources to address increased volumes; 2) Delivering a more efficient and fair immigration process \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>In its FY22 appropriations bill, Congress provided an additional $1.45 billion for a potential Southwest Border surge, including $1.06 billion for CBP soft-sided facilities, medical care, transportation, and personnel costs; $239.7 million for ICE for processing capacity, transportation, and personnel costs; and $150 million for FEMA\u2019s Emergency Food and Shelter Program at the Southwest Border.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>DHS will fund operational requirements by prudently executing its appropriations; reprioritizing and reallocating existing funding through reprogrammings and transfers; requesting support from other Federal agencies<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The DHS process is already sending many migrants to nearby non-profits, which then use taxpayer funds and corporate donations to bus and fly the migrants to new jobs throughout the United States.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BREAKING: The federal government continues to mass release single adult male migrants at a parking garage in Brownsville. Not Title 42\u2019d. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FoxNews?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@FoxNews<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mnneUNHFC1\">pic.twitter.com\/mnneUNHFC1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Bill Melugin (@BillFOXLA) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BillFOXLA\/status\/1486076183204835335?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 25, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019 plan would let the new migrants compete for jobs and apartments against many millions of disadvantaged and ordinary Americans.<\/p>\n<p>Those Americans are already facing inflation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rent.com\/research\/average-rent-price-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rising rents<\/a>, drug addiction, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/15\/d-c-s-economic-policy-sidelines-almost-20-million-american-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extended jobless-ness<\/a>, said Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.<\/p>\n<p>CNBC\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/03\/30\/1-in-5-american-workers-runs-out-of-money-before-payday-survey-finds-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">reported<\/a>\u00a0on March 30:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Roughly 20% of [American] employees regularly run out of money between paychecks, up from 15% last year, according to the survey of more than 3,000 working adults in February.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, about one-quarter of those polled said it\u2019s harder to afford necessary expenses and one-third are unable to build\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/savings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">savings<\/a>, issues that are particularly problematic for low-to-moderate income workers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mayorkas refuses to detain asylum seekers until their cases are adjudicated, despite federal law requiring detention.<\/p>\n<p>The Mayorkas inflow will drive down the Americans\u2019 wages and raise families\u2019 rents, so boosting CEO\u2019s profits and investors\u2019 stock values on Wall Street.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Mayorkas is backed up by progressives who wish to transform the United States from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into a progressive-led empire of competing identity groups. \u201cWe\u2019re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,\u201d a Mayorkas ally, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA),\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/03\/21\/opinion\/sway-kara-swisher-ro-khanna.html?showTranscript=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">told<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0<em>New York Times<\/em>\u00a0on March 21. \u201cIt will be an extraordinary achievement \u2026 we will ultimately triumph,\u201d he insisted.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019 strategy of \u201cefficient and fair\u201d processing \u201cbasically means laundering the [migrants\u2019 legal] status and then releasing them into the country,\u201d said Krikorian. He added:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s no coincidence that they extended Title 42 until late May. Because what else happens in late May? The new [Mayorkas] asylum rule goes into effect. So the point of this was to keep Title 42 in place until they can [use the new asylum rule to] just rubber stamp all of these illegal immigrants as asylum recipients and then poof! FALLON\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe goal of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/24\/dhs-alejandro-mayorkas-builds-escalator-for-asylum-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the regulation<\/a> is to dramatically increase the number of people successfully getting asylum and to speed that process up as much as possible,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019s deputies are also drafting a regulation that would expand the number of reasons that people can use to win asylum. Current rules provide asylum for people facing political persecution, but Mayorkas wants to provide asylum to people who say they are afraid of non-political crime.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas is a Cuban-born, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/24\/dhs-alejandro-mayorkas-builds-escalator-for-asylum-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pro-migration zealot<\/a>, and the asylum regulation is the centerpiece of his bureaucratic campaign to build a network of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/06\/25\/democrat-rep-el-paso-is-the-new-ellis-island\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new migration pathways<\/a>\u00a0that operate outside the numerical limits set by Congress.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019 migration network is intended to take market share from the labor-trafficking networks run by the cartels\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2019\/03\/03\/us\/border-rapes-migrant-women.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">criminal<\/a> networks.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;There will be a DELUGE at our southern border!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Rep. The inflow adds about two million people to the nation every year, just as 4 million Americans begin searching for jobs.<\/p>\n<p>Once Biden lifts the Title 42 barrier, Mayorkas and his deputies expect perhaps 500,000 migrants to arrive at the border each month. That number would be higher than the number of Americans who turn 18 each month.<\/p>\n<p>Progressives want Biden and Mayorkas to go further. \u201cThis will continue to be a profoundly difficult problem to manage,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/2022\/03\/30\/biden-to-end-title-42-rethink\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">admit<\/a> two progressives who write the newspaper\u2019s\u00a0\u201cPlum Line\u201d progressive blog:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>So a better political approach might be to\u00a0<i>explain these challenges forthrightly to the public<\/i>. Explain that this is a hard problem, that excluding all asylum seekers isn\u2019t an answer, and that rationalizing the system is worth attempting, deserves public patience, and could produce a better outcome than mass expulsion has.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The progressives do not consider the damage of migration to ordinary Americans\u2019 wages and rents.<\/p>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019 plan has \u201crattled some Democrats who worry it may be too soon to return to pre-pandemic immigration rules at the border,\u201d said the\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/national-security\/2022\/03\/29\/border-pandemic-title-42-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">Washington Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, a rush of migrants at the border wrecked public trust in the border policies set by President Barack Obama. Those 2014 poll numbers derailed Obama\u2019s hopes for a mass amnesty and encouraged a New York TV personality to run for president.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2021, Biden\u2019s polls were\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/18\/tv-networks-spotlight-border-chaos-and-dhs-changes-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">badly damaged<\/a>\u00a0by the TV news coverage of the invasion by roughly 30,000 migrants at Del Rio in Texas.<\/p>\n<p>A supercharged repeat of the mass migration during the 2022 election year may help Americans to recognize their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/immigration-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shared opposition<\/a>\u00a0to labor migration.<\/p>\n<p>That public opposition is revealed in polls, but it is suppressed by claims by investor-funded progressives that the United States is a \u201cNation of Immigrants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has used a wide variety of excuses and explanations \u2014 for example, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/nation-of-immigrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nation of Immigrants<\/a>\u201d \u2014 to justify its policy of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracting<\/a>\u00a0tens of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/02\/23\/report-u-s-immigrant-population-hits-record-46-6-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">millions<\/a>\u00a0of migrants\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/24\/bidens-border-agency-worries-about-tinder-swindler-amid-migration-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visa workers<\/a>\u00a0from poor countries to serve as workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.<\/p>\n<p>The self-serving\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic<\/a>\u00a0strategy of extraction migration has\u00a0no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/20\/gop-donors-economist-immigration-can-offset-foreign-trade-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stopping<\/a>\u00a0point.
