They\u2019ve already come down. My guess is, we\u2019ll see it come down and continue to come down, but how far down I don\u2019t think anyone can tell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The president claimed there will be a slight delay in dropping gas prices by days and weeks, but the prices will decrease by an unknown range.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut it will come down,\u201d he continued. \u201cAnd it could come down fairly significantly. It could come down [to] a better part of anything from 10 cents to 35 cents a gallon, it\u2019s unknown at this point.\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/29\/joe-biden-gasoline-prices-tax-credits-oil-drillers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Biden Calls For Raising Taxes On Oil Drillers Amid Energy Crisis)\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biden also noted the administration is waiting to see how many barrels the European allies release from their supply, which he estimated could range from 30-50 million barrels. Lowering the price of gas will greatly depend on the number of oil barrels released by countries\u2019 supplies, the president concluded.<\/p>\n<p>The administration is planning to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usnews.com\/news\/business\/articles\/2022-03-31\/biden-planning-to-tap-oil-reserve-to-control-gas-prices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">release<\/a> an average of one million barrels per day for 180 consecutive days after facing increasing pressure to combat rising gas prices in the aftermath of Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The average gas price has continued to exceed $4 per gallon, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/petroleum\/gasdiesel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reaching<\/a> around $4.32 per gallon March 14.<\/p>\n<p>The president has <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/31\/joe-biden-strategic-petroleum-reserve-crude-oil-gasoline-prices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ordered<\/a> a total of 80 million from the SPR, first <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/23\/crude-oil-prices-joe-biden-strategic-petroleum-reserve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ordering<\/a> 50 million in November to combat the rising inflation.
