Using that as our guide, President Joe Biden picked the Democrats\u2019 perfect Supreme Court justice: Ketanji Brown Jackson.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d given me a thousand bucks to come up with a question that would stump a Supreme Court nominee, I never would have thought of:\u00a0<em>What\u2019s a woman?<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Democratic values.<\/p>\n<p>As Sens. Josh Hawley, Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz, and Lindsey Graham amply demonstrated at the nomination hearings last week, Judge Jackson really likes defendants in child pornography cases. She\u2019s partial to all criminals, but the child porn cases make the point bracingly.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnsnews.com\/index.php\/article\/washington\/emily-robertson\/gop-senators-scotus-nominees-leniency-sentencing-child-porn\">seven out of seven<\/a>\u00a0child pornography cases that came before Judge Jackson, where the sentencing was up to the judge, she imposed sentences that were a fraction of those recommended under the sentencing guidelines. In all seven cases, her sentences were also far below those requested by the prosecutor.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Not 2 1\/2 years, instead of three \u2014 more like three months instead of 10 years. In United States v. Hawkins, the defendant possessed and distributed multiple images of child abuse of kids, including photos of prepubescent boys engaging in oral and anal sex, a video of an 8-year-old boy masturbating, and one of an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.dcd.161652\/gov.uscourts.dcd.161652.21.0_1.pdf\">11-year-old boy being anally penetrated<\/a>\u00a0by an adult man.<\/p>\n<p>The federal sentencing guidelines recommended eight to 10 years. Judge Jackson sentenced the defendant to three months.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, yes, he was only 18, and he was remorseful. Good for him!<\/p>\n<p>But Judge Jackson also dramatically departed downward in sentencing a couple of ripe perverts \u2014 one who attempted to travel across state lines to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2022\/mar\/22\/ketanji-brown-jackson-defends-sentences-child-porn\/\">molest a 9-year-old<\/a>\u00a0girl (when his thousands of child porn images weren\u2019t enough); and another who\u2019d distributed more than a hundred pornographic photos and videos\u00a0<em>of his own daughter.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On average, Judge Jackson gave child porn defendants sentences more than five years below the minimum under the guidelines.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>In other words, Judge Jackson is the beau ideal Democratic Supreme Court justice.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_20460908\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ketanji Brown Jackson makes brief remarks after President Joe Biden introduced her as his nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court on February 25, 2022, in Washington, DC. (Drew Angerer\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>In her favor, KBJ is at least a Generational African American (GAA), i.e. Descendant of American Slaves (DOAS) \u2014 unlike Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Joy Ann Reid, and approximately 90 percent of the \u201cAfrican Americans\u201d in Harvard\u2019s entering class this year, according to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecrimson.com\/article\/2020\/10\/15\/gaasa-scrut\/\">Harvard Crimson<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps, there\u2019s hope that, someday, the high court will acknowledge that affirmative action is intended to make up for the legacy of slavery and should be available exclusively to GAAs, as opposed to what it is now, which is affirmative action, set-asides, \u201cplus\u201d factors, and do-nothing diversity jobs for everyone\u00a0<em>except<\/em>\u00a0white Americans.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the Democrats finally promoting a legacy African American, rather than an immigrant trying to steal the experiences of Black Americans, nothing is unusual here. It\u2019s the media\u2019s response to the questioning Judge Jackson that\u2019s been hilarious.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The media take the position that it\u2019s rude to ask Judge Jackson questions \u2014 at least any questions about her record. Republicans are welcome to ask her all the questions they like about her family or her travails.<br \/>She is the most qualified human being ever, EVER to be nominated to the Supreme Court! The bravest, the strongest, the most heroic \u2014 HOW DARE YOU ASK OUR LITTLE LAMB QUESTIONS!<\/p>\n<p>The media have also issued reams of \u201ccontext,\u201d \u201cfact checks,\u201d and \u201cdebunkings\u201d \u2026 all to prove that KBJ is a virtual Eliot Ness on crime!\u00a0<em>Don\u2019t believe your eyes! Forget everything you know about the Democrats! It\u2019s all lies and conspiracy theories!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We got the sneering:<\/p>\n<p><em>No, Sen. Hawley, Ketanji Brown Jackson isn\u2019t soft on child pornography.<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 NBC News<\/p>\n<p>We got the hysterical warnings about right-wing conspiracy theorists:<\/p>\n<p><em>Hawley\u2019s attacks on Ketanji Brown Jackson fuel a surge in online conspiracy chatter.<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 NPR<\/p>\n<p>And we got the sophistical \u201cfact checks\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><em>Fact check: Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson child porn sentences \u201cpretty mainstream\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 ABC News<\/p>\n<p>The <em>New York Times\u2019<\/em> \u201cfact check\u201d noted she was concerned about child porn fiends who were simply motivated by \u201cthe technological or social aspects\u201d of child porn.<\/p>\n<p>Totally run on that, Democrats.<\/p>\n<p>What is the point of all these \u201cFACT CHECKS\u201d? For the past two years, liberals have been screaming, \u201cDefund the Police!\u201d \u201cAll Cops Are Bastards,\u201d \u201cF\u2014k the Police!\u201d \u2014 not to mention actually defunding the police and springing criminals in Democratic-run cities around the country.<\/p>\n<p>We got it: You like criminals and hate the police, Democrats. You\u2019re not exactly flying below the radar.<\/p>\n<p>Of note: Sen. Joe Manchin, your regular, old-time, American values Democrat, is just like the rest of his party when it comes to crime. Same with Arizona\u2019s Sen. Mark Kelly and Montana\u2019s Sen. Jon Tester. Kelly can boast about being an astronaut, and Tester can walk around with that buzz-cut and a piece of hay in his teeth \u2014\u00a0but give them a guy getting off on videos of 11-year-old boys being anally raped, and they say:\u00a0<em>Three months.
