It sets a terrible precedent for comedy clubs, like, are people gonna decide that they\u2019re gonna go on stage and smack the comedian now?\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p><em><strong>Watch Below:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t necessarily think people are going to change their behavior, but dumb people might,\u201d the podcaster added.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cBut also, it\u2019s like, what are we saying as a society when the\u00a0people that we look up to \u2014 for whatever reason, for good or for bad \u2014 we look up to actors, and the Academy Awards is supposed to be them in their most regal outfits, their best behavior, and to drop down to violence for something so innocuous as a G.I. Jane joke,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Rogan also described Rock\u2019s joke about Smith\u2019s wife Jada Pinkett Smith as \u201cone of the most mild jokes ever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJada Pinkett is bald \u2014 I didn\u2019t know this, I found out after the fact that she didn\u2019t shave her head voluntarily, she shaved her head because she\u2019s suffering from alopecia \u2014 I don\u2019t know if Chris knew this,\u201d Rogan said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut Chris says a joke around \u2018G.I. Jane 2, looking forward to it,\u2019 very mild,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, Will Smith marched onto the Oscars stage and struck Chris Rock in the face after the comedian referred to Pinkett Smith as \u201cG.I. Unlike Smith,\u00a0Caridi showed remorse for\u00a0what led to his Academy outsing.<\/p>\n<p>Smith, on the other hand, appeared unbothered by his actions, as he danced\u00a0the night away with fellow Hollywood elites at the Vanity Fair Oscars after party, just hours after assaulting Rock.
