Well, of course it is! What other pronouns even are there? It?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I missed his vein so he had to get stuck twice,&#8221; Del Rosario wrote. Her tweet was first reported by the Twitter account Libs of Tik Tok.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/wakeforestmed?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@wakeforestmed<\/a> 4th year medical student says she abused a patient because he laughed at her pronoun pin. She has since deleted her account. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/2m3DsjTFZx\">pic.twitter.com\/2m3DsjTFZx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Libs of Tik Tok (@libsoftiktok) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/1508919774046134274?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 29, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Del Rosario deleted her Twitter account after Libs of Tik Tok sent its tweet, though an archived <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/3MBLy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">version<\/a> remains available.<\/p>\n<p>After a Twitter user brought Del Rosario&#8217;s tweet to Wake Forest&#8217;s attention, the school said, &#8220;We are taking measures to address this with the student.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This student\u2019s tweet does not reflect how Wake Forest University School of Medicine treats patients and provides patient care.
