Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema, both Arizona Democrats, sided with Republican leaders to say Title 42 should remain until U.S. border authorities were prepared for sharp increases in new arrivals.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">Kelly\u2019s opinion is important to Democrats because he is facing an election in November for a seat in the evenly divided Senate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">The barrier was raised by President Donald Trump\u2019s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) during the initial coronavirus wave. In practice, Biden has the political power to direct the CDC to keep the barrier operating \u2014 unless judges intervene.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">The CDC barrier will expire on May 23 unless it is extended.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">As usual, the university-educated reporters at the AP favorably present the view of pro-migration advocates and ignore the economic damage done to less-educated Americans\u2019 job and housing markets.<\/p>\n<p>The decades-long, elite-backed flood of migrant labor and renters created a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cheap-labor bubble<\/a> that boosted Wall Street by impoverishing many millions of\u00a0 Americans, including almost\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/15\/d-c-s-economic-policy-sidelines-almost-20-million-american-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">20 million American men<\/a>\u00a0who were pushed out of the job market.<\/p>\n<p>For example, CNBC\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/03\/30\/1-in-5-american-workers-runs-out-of-money-before-payday-survey-finds-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">reported<\/a>\u00a0on March 30:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Roughly 20% of employees regularly run out of money between paychecks, up from 15% last year, according to the survey of more than 3,000 working adults in February.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, about one-quarter of those polled said it\u2019s harder to afford necessary expenses and one-third are unable to build\u00a0savings, issues that are particularly problematic for low-to-moderate income workers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">The CDC-governed Title 42 barrier allows homeland security chief Alejandro Mayorkas to regulate the inflow of cross-border migrants to a level that does not break into the evening news. Mayorkas is regulating the inflow to about 150,000 per month, including roughly 50,000 migrants who sneak across the border.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NEW: Video from a contact in the Rio Grande Valley shows a group of illegal immigrants running\/evading after crossing illegally near Anzalduas bridge in Mission, TX yesterday. It\u2019s unknown if they were ever apprehended.<br \/>Per DHS source, 220,000 known gotaways since 10\/1. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FoxNews?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@FoxNews<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/llUVBiqRLG\">pic.twitter.com\/llUVBiqRLG<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Bill Melugin (@BillFOXLA) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BillFOXLA\/status\/1501638350276464644?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 9, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">Mayorkas is not trying to stop the economic migration, but he is trying to funnel it through progressive-run agencies and non-profits.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">DHS officials told favored reporters this week that the migrant inflow would likely triple once the barrier is lifted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">\u201cHomeland security officials on Tuesday described contingency plans for managing as many as 18,000 encounters a day at the border, regardless of the cause,\u201d reported the\u00a0<em>New York Times<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">That inflow would add up to more than 500,000 people a month \u2014 or more migrants than American births in a month.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-71 Component-p-0-2-62\">The flood would exacerbate the other economic damage being caused by the flood of roughly 1 million legal immigrants and perhaps 400,000 new visa workers into Americans\u2019 jobs and homes.<\/p>\n<p>The predicted flood has been encouraged by Mayorkas and pro-migration deputies, who quickly ended the border protections established by former-President Donald Trump in early 2021.<\/p>\n<p>These deputies have also reduced the use of the Trump-imposed Title 42 disease-related rejections at the border, minimized the deportations of illegals, and accelerated the inflow of legal immigrants and visa workers.<\/p>\n<p>It is not clear if the administration is willing to stop mass migration. Mayorkas is a Cuban immigrant and a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/24\/dhs-alejandro-mayorkas-builds-escalator-for-asylum-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pro-migration zealot<\/a>\u00a0who argues that the United States is, and must always, be a \u201cNation of Immigrants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A 2012 survey by Gallup showed that more than\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/153992\/150-Million-Adults-Worldwide-Migrate.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">150 million people<\/a>\u00a0around the world want to migrate to the United States.<\/p>\n<p>But some of Biden\u2019s officials are now alarmed about the public\u2019s reaction to their refusal to defend Americans\u2019 border: \u201cDemocrats do not want the southwest border to appear out of control in the months ahead of the midterm elections, which would fuel more Republican attacks on the Biden administration\u2019s border policies,\u201d the\u00a0<em>New York Times<\/em>\u00a0said.<\/p>\n<p>The inflow has \u201crattled some Democrats who worry it may be too soon to return to pre-pandemic immigration rules at the border,\u201d said the\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/national-security\/2022\/03\/29\/border-pandemic-title-42-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">Washington Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, a rush of migrants at the border wrecked public trust in the border policies set by President Barack Obama. Those 2014 poll numbers derailed Obama\u2019s hopes for a mass amnesty and encouraged a New York TV personality to run for president.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2021, Biden\u2019s polls were\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/18\/tv-networks-spotlight-border-chaos-and-dhs-changes-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">badly damaged<\/a>\u00a0by the TV news coverage of the invasion by roughly 30,000 migrants at Del Rio in Texas.<\/p>\n<p>A supercharged repeat of the mass migration during the 2022 election year may help Americans to recognize their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/immigration-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shared opposition<\/a>\u00a0to labor migration.<\/p>\n<p>That public opposition is revealed in polls, but it is suppressed by claims by investor-funded progressives that the United States is a \u201cNation of Immigrants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The opposition is also hidden by the corporate-owned establishment media, which rarely describes the scale of migration or the public\u2019s hostility to labor migration.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. population of legal immigrants and illegal migrants hit 46.6 million in January, up roughly 1.6 million since Biden was inaugurated, according to federal data <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/02\/23\/report-u-s-immigrant-population-hits-record-46-6-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted<\/a> by the Center for Immigration Studies.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Biden&#8217;s deputies want lots of wage-cutting, rent-spiking economic migrants for Wall St. and the Dem Party.<br \/>But migrants have their own purposes, so Biden&#8217;s deputies are struggling to keep the rising flood under control and out of the evening news. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Hdf511C3eO\">https:\/\/t.co\/Hdf511C3eO<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Neil Munro (@NeilMunroDC) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NeilMunroDC\/status\/1509232934896689158?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 30, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has used a wide variety of excuses and explanations \u2014 for example, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/nation-of-immigrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nation of Immigrants<\/a>\u201d \u2014 to justify its policy of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracting<\/a>\u00a0tens of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/02\/23\/report-u-s-immigrant-population-hits-record-46-6-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">millions<\/a>\u00a0of migrants\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/24\/bidens-border-agency-worries-about-tinder-swindler-amid-migration-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visa workers<\/a>\u00a0from poor countries to serve as workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.<\/p>\n<p>The self-serving\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic<\/a>\u00a0strategy of extraction migration has\u00a0no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/20\/gop-donors-economist-immigration-can-offset-foreign-trade-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stopping<\/a>\u00a0point. It is harmful to ordinary Americans because it cuts their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career<\/a>\u00a0opportunities, shrinks their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">salaries and wages<\/a>, raises their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">housing<\/a>\u00a0costs, and has shoved at least\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/15\/d-c-s-economic-policy-sidelines-almost-20-million-american-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10 million American men<\/a>\u00a0out of the labor force.<\/p>\n<p>Extraction migration also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distorts the economy<\/a>, curbs Americans\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>, reduces voters\u2019 political\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&#038;rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS946US946&#038;oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&#038;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.10228j0j4&#038;sourceid=chrome&#038;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">clout<\/a>, undermines employees\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/04\/joe-biden-delivers-flood-of-cheap-migrant-labor-to-new-york\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">workplace<\/a>\u00a0rights, and widens the regional wealth\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaps<\/a>\u00a0between the Democrats\u2019 coastal states and the Republicans\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/01\/10\/former-steeltown-seeks-afghans-to-replace-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heartland<\/a>\u00a0states.<\/p>\n<p>An economy built on extraction migration also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/survey-elite-imposed-migration-is-transforming-national-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radicalizes<\/a>\u00a0Americans\u2019 democratic, compromise-promoting civic\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/search\/?s=%22white+supremacy%22#gsc.tab=0&#038;gsc.q=%22white%20supremacy%22&#038;gsc.page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">culture<\/a>\u00a0because it allows wealthy elites to ignore\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diseases_of_despair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">despairing<\/a>\u00a0Americans\u00a0at the\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JorgeAl49986803\/status\/1439791277571145737?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">bottom<\/a>\u00a0of society.<\/p>\n<p>The economic strategy also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/01\/dhs-mayorkas-welcomes-illegal-migrant-survivor-boat-disaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kills<\/a>\u00a0many migrants,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/04\/13\/joe-bidens-half-open-border-splits-tens-of-thousands-of-families\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">splits<\/a>\u00a0foreign families, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/01\/10\/critics-joe-biden-is-restarting-hunger-games-migration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracts<\/a>\u00a0wealth from\u00a0the poor home countries.<\/p>\n<p>Not surprisingly, the wealth-shifting extraction migration policy is very unpopular, according to\u00a0a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/03\/30\/harvard-harris-poll-5-in-6-americans-want-to-end-immigration-from-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wide<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/01\/14\/poll-americans-want-companies-hire-americans-before-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">variety<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/04\/13\/ipsos-poll-nearly-8-in-10-americans-want-immigration-moratorium-for-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polls<\/a>.
