But for him to give one answer after his staff said the opposite is just one more in a growing list of contradictions and walkbacks coming from the Biden White House.\u00a0Indeed, in recent days, President Biden appears to be getting almost as much contradiction from within his own administration as he does from his critics.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s team has been <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/chatter-of-25th-amendment-erupts-after-biden-ramps-up-escalation-talk-on-russia-white-house-bats-cleanup\/\">forced to clean up<\/a> a number of the statements he made during his trip to Europe. There, in the span of just a few days, he suggested that American troops might be headed to Ukraine, that the United States might retaliate with a chemical weapon if Russia used one first, and that he might be ready to support regime change in Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the fact that his surrogates spent the following days rewording and \u201cclarifying\u201d the president\u2019s remarks, Biden claimed that \u201cnone of the three [gaffes] occurred.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/none-of-the-three-occurred-biden-denies-making-foreign-policy-gaffes-that-white-house-walked-back\/\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Each time, the White House had to issue clarifications after the president\u2019s comments \u2014 but on Monday the Commander-in-Chief also appeared to be completely unaware that his team had amended any of those statements, asking Doocy, \u201cWhat\u2019s getting walked back?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Doocy asked Biden if he was \u201cworried that other leaders in the world are going to start to doubt that America is \u2018back\u2019 if some of these big things that you say on the world stage keep getting walked back?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhat\u2019s getting walked back?\u201d Biden responded.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cJust in the last couple days \u2026 it sounded like you told troops they were going to Ukraine, it sounded like you said it was possible the U.S. would use a chemical weapon, and it sounded like you were calling for regime change in Russia, and we know \u2026\u201d Doocy said before Biden interrupted.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The president interjected, denying that had happened at all, \u201cNone of the three occurred.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><i>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest growing conservative media companies for breaking news, investigative reporting, sports, podcasts, in-depth analysis, books, and entertainment for a reason: because we believe in what we do.
