Chuck Grassley of Iowa and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin released bombshell receipts showing Hunter received payments from foreign oligarchs that further reveal \u201cthe extent to which President Biden might be \u2014 and almost certainly is \u2014 compromised.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the documents obtained by the senators, energy company CEFC, \u201can arm of the Chinese Government,\u201d paid Wells Fargo Clearing Services $100,000 and designated \u201cfurther credit to Owasco,\u201d Hunter\u2019s firm.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-269791\" src=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Grassley-Testimony-Exhibit-A-1024x152.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Grassley-Testimony-Exhibit-A-1024x152.png 1024w, https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Grassley-Testimony-Exhibit-A-300x45.png 300w, https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Grassley-Testimony-Exhibit-A-768x114.png 768w, https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Grassley-Testimony-Exhibit-A.png 1084w\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"152\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s no middle man in this transaction. Our reports were chocked full of irrefutable evidence like this. And yet, the media buried those details, in an attempt to keep it hidden from the American people,\u201d Johnson added in his testimony.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PxpicYkkYiE\" width=\"680\" height=\"383\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Grassley and Johson had previously established that Hunter was financially involved with CCP oligarchs such as Gongwen Dong and Mervyn Yan using information obtained by the Obama administration, interviews with government officials, and bank documents signed by all of the suspected parties. Hunter had also reportedly admitted to representing CCP \u201cspy chief\u201d Patrick Ho, \u201cwho started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This new receipt, Grassley said, is just the cherry on top of the Biden family\u2019s anticipated corruption and a preview of more evidence to come.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHunter Biden and James Biden served as the perfect vehicle by which the communist Chinese government could gain in-roads here in the United States through CEFC and its affiliates,\u201d Grassley explained. \u201cAnd these in-roads were focused on China\u2019s advancement into the global and U.S. energy sector. Hunter and James Biden were more than happy to go along for the right price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Republicans both hinted at future speeches documenting more \u201chigh-dollar\u201d transactions between \u201cCEFC, Northern International Capital, Hudson West Three, Hunter Biden\u2019s Owasco and James Biden\u2019s Lion Hall Group\u201d but noted that their efforts to uncover the Biden family\u2019s foreign business dealings have been stifled by the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/17\/after-throttling-the-hunter-biden-laptop-story-with-hacked-and-russian-disinformation-lies-propaganda-press-quietly-admit-it-was-completely-legit\/\">corrupt corporate media, Big Tech, and Democrats<\/a>, who don\u2019t want compromising information about the president\u2019s family released.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSenior Democrats and liberal media cooperated to smear me and Sen. Grassley with false accusations of receiving and spreading Russian disinformation,\u201d Johnson stated. \u201cThey created documents, leaked them, asked for briefings and then leaked those, too. And then they, themselves, disseminated Russian disinformation. Fortunately, they failed to discredit our investigation because we stayed true to government records.
