You would just hear her screaming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve never seen anything physical in the building but she screams at people,\u201d the neighbor continued. \u201cShe\u2019ll yell at toddlers for being toddlers, and not knowing how to walk properly and stuff like that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The neighbor added that Pazienza possessed \u201clike a simmering rage that people have experienced.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another neighbor <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/03\/23\/who-is-lauren-pazienza-accused-of-fatally-shoving-barbara-gustern-in-nyc\/\">told<\/a> the Post last week that she \u201cfelt horrible about the situation but I wasn\u2019t surprised\u201d that Panzienza would be accused of assaulting someone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere was always an issue with her and someone in the building,\u201d said the neighbor, who also remained anonymous. \u201cIt\u2019s like always something with that lady. I feel for her fianc\u00e9 because he\u2019s a nice guy and he didn\u2019t sign up for this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another male neighbor said Panzienza was \u201cdefinitely not the best tenant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s always some type of issue, some type of complaint. You\u2019ll always know it\u2019s her. It\u2019s ridiculous,\u201d the neighbor said.<\/p>\n<p>A female neighbor said that Panzienza hadn\u2019t been violent but was known to argue.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was verbal. Sometimes she would stand up for herself, definitely,\u201d the neighbor told the Post, adding that Panzienza would argue with building management over issues, including parking tickets. \u201cShe will not put up with nonsense \u2026 she will say, \u2018What is your problem?\u2019 \u2018What do you want from me?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As The Daily Wire previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/woman-who-allegedly-shoved-broadway-singing-coach-to-her-death-is-being-targeted-due-to-her-socioeconomic-status-lawyer-says\">reported<\/a>, Panzienza\u2019s attorney, Arthur Aidala, claimed in court last week that \u201cpushing someone who\u2019s on the sidewalk\u201d isn\u2019t the same as \u201cpushing someone in front of a cliff\u201d or \u201cpushing someone in front of a moving train,\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanityfair.com\/style\/2022\/03\/lauren-pazienza-manhattan-manslaughter-arraignment?utm_source=facebook&#038;utm_medium=news_tab\">according to<\/a>\u00a0Vanity Fair. Aidala also said that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg\u2019s office was overcharging Pazienza with manslaughter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe D.A. goes out of their way to undercharge a case, and in this particular case they\u2019re overcharging,\u201d Aidala reportedly said in court last week.<\/p>\n<p>Pazienza turned herself in to police on Tuesday, 12 days after the unprovoked attack that left Gustern with a head injury that resulted in her death on March 16, The Daily Wire previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/woman-who-allegedly-shoved-broadway-singing-coach-before-her-death-watched-ambulance-and-hid-before-turning-herself-in-authorities-say\">reported<\/a>. Gustern was a famed vocal coach who trained Broadway stars and famed musicians such as Blondie singer Debbie Harry.<\/p>\n<p>Pazienza was charged with manslaughter and was behind bars as of Wednesday, Inside Edition\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insideedition.com\/what-lauren-pazienza-allegedly-did-disturbing-timeline-emerges-after-arrest-made-in-voice-coachs\">reported<\/a>.
