One individual reportedly claimed that\u00a0Hickerson spit on them,\u00a0and that the manager kicked everyone out, which led to the fight transpiring outside.<\/p>\n<p>At another point in the video,\u00a0Panettiere is heard yelling, \u201cBrian, jail!\u201d \u2014 likely in an attempt to warn Hickerson that the incident could result in incarceration if the police show up, given that he is on probation until 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Hickerson has previously been arrested for domestic violence and assault for alleged attacks against\u00a0Panettiere. He spent time in jail last year, after pleading no contest to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or girlfriend, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/03\/25\/hayden-panettiere-boyfriend-brian-hickerson-get-in-brawl-video\/\">report<\/a> by <em>Page Six<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Panettiere\u2019s boyfriend\u00a0was also\u00a0hit with four years of probation, ordered to attend 52 domestic violence classes and paid a $500 fee.
