Not remotely saying a word about what senators should discuss,\u201d the message begins. \u201cI\u2019m here to cover it all and American want to hear it all.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The message then asks, \u201cBut if your boss is considering talking about anything graphic \u2013 whether late-term abortions or child abuse \u2013 could you consider a possible warning for viewers?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abortion has always been at the forefront of Supreme Court nominees\u2019 confirmation hearings since the Court determined women have the right to have an abortion without excessive government restriction in 1973. Abortion is even more so a prominent topic in Jackson\u2019s confirmation hearings as the\u00a0<em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>\u00a0precedent nears its 50th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>Legal commentators have\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&#038;rct=j&#038;q=&#038;esrc=s&#038;source=web&#038;cd=&#038;ved=2ahUKEwiO_8fQ39_2AhUim2oFHQmpBPEQFnoECA8QAQ&#038;url=https:\/\/www.newyorker.com\/news\/daily-comment\/the-supreme-court-looks-ready-to-overturn-roe&#038;usg=AOvVaw3FE9Ctr4P2fKrLIRnp8v3E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">speculated<\/a>\u00a0that the Supreme Court may overturn\u00a0<em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>\u00a0during the court\u2019s term this year.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The \u201cchild abuse\u201d discussions PBS is worried about likely stem from questions focused on Jackson\u2019s sentencing records of child sex offenders. Jackson\u2019s rulings in these cases have been a significant focus of the hearings after Sen.
