Version: 4.0.47--><div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dw-wp-production.imgix.net\/2022\/03\/IMG_0715.jpeg?w=1200&#038;h=800&#038;ixlib=react-9.3.0\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/div>\n<p>In a brand new documentary for The Daily Wire, host of \u201cThe Matt Walsh Show\u201d and bestselling author\u00a0Matt Walsh travels to globe to find the answer to one very simple question: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/teaser-clip-drops-for-matt-walshs-new-documentary-what-is-a-woman\">What is a woman?<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Walsh joined Fox News host Jesse Watters on Wednesday to talk about the new doc, titled \u201cWhat Is a Woman?,\u201d which will be available to stream exclusively for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/subscribe?hsa_ver=3&#038;hsa_ad=565493415315&#038;hsa_acc=6411461344&#038;hsa_grp=130229292688&#038;utm_source=googlesearch&#038;utm_source=adwords&#038;utm_campaign=dailywirebrand&#038;utm_campaign=Search%20-%20Daily%20Wire%20Brand&#038;utm_medium=paid&#038;utm_medium=ppc&#038;hsa_src=g&#038;hsa_cam=13840369865&#038;hsa_mt=b&#038;gclid=CjwKCAjwiuuRBhBvEiwAFXKaNKrmldfB5_iHAC0qFeRPKGs_YhZ4H7Mt7AoJDEYHfoadHd7XJSRV1hoCJKQQAvD_BwE&#038;utm_content=conversions_subscriptions_na_audience0008_na_copy00560_lp0001_na_none&#038;hsa_tgt=kwd-1422313638620&#038;utm_term=daily%20wire%20membership&#038;hsa_net=adwords&#038;utm_talent=dailywire&#038;hsa_kw=daily%20wire%20membership\">Daily Wire members<\/a> in May 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/johnny-the-walrus\">Johnny the Walrus<\/a>\u201d author told Watters the most \u201cshocking\u201d answers he received from so-called gender \u201cexperts,\u201d doctors, activists, and elected officials when he asked them what a woman was were the \u201cnon-answers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat was the most shocking answer that you encountered when you asked a basic question?\u201d Watters asked Walsh, referring to the so-called \u201cexperts\u201d with whom the podcast host spoke.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe shocking answer is the non-answer,\u201d Walsh responded.\u00a0\u201cWhen you realize that \u2026 this is what they talk about all of the time, they\u2019ve made it their life\u2019s calling, they\u2019ve also convinced, somehow, society to take these ideas seriously, and then when you start asking questions about it \u2026 you realize, there\u2019s nothing going on here, there\u2019s nothing underneath the surface.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Walsh emphasized that \u201cgender ideology,\u201d though it\u2019s so mainstream, \u201ccollapses under the slightest bit of pressure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we discovered is, gender ideology \u2014 even though it\u2019s taken over society and it\u2019s become totally ubiquitous \u2014 it collapses under the slightest bit of pressure,\u201d he said. \u201cA couple of basic questions, and it crumbles right in front of you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Walsh said basic assertions \u2014 like sex and gender are different, or trans women are real women \u2014 could not be explained to him.<\/p>\n<p>Announcing the documentary on Wednesday, The Daily Wire host said in a press release that the core of gender ideology is \u201chollow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI sought out experts in every field in the gender theory world \u2014 doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists,\u00a0politicians, activists, and transgender people themselves \u2014 and I put the question to them directly,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u00a0found \u2014 and you\u2019ll see in the film \u2014 their arguments collapsed not with hammer blows or a hard push, but with simple questions, because the core of gender ideology is hollow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Along with pressing so-called gender \u201cexperts\u201d and activists, Walsh lands interviews with top figures and concerned citizens on the other side of the issue for the documentary.<\/p>\n<p>Radical gender ideology \u201chas mounted pressure and cancelation campaigns against companies\u00a0and individuals to scare them into adopting their agenda without ever having to give a coherent argument,\u201d a Daily Wire press release said.
