(Scott Olson\/Getty)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Video footage taken in the early morning hours <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XrIBP3d_Xyg\">showed<\/a> numerous cars waiting for their turn at the pump, and WGN 9 said the giveaway rules were drivers were not allowed to line up overnight, a sticker was required, there was one entry and exit point, and gas containers were not allowed:<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>\u201cCars started getting in line around 5:30 a.m. in Gage Park near 52nd Street and Western Avenue.
