Eastern.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/fb.watch\/bYbPj_jXtC\/<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Thursday\u2019s hearings will feature witnesses from the American Bar Association\u2019s (ABA) Standing Committee on the Judiciary, who\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanbar.org\/news\/abanews\/aba-news-archives\/2022\/03\/aba-committee-rates-judge-ketanji-brown-jackson-well-qualified\/\">gave<\/a> Judge Jackson a unanimous \u201cwell qualified\u201d rating, and other witnesses from outside groups called upon by the Democrat majority and the Republican minority.<\/p>\n<p>The list of witnesses set to appear\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.judiciary.senate.gov\/press\/dem\/releases\/senate-judiciary-committee-announces-witness-list-for-final-day-of-hearings-on-supreme-court-nominee-judge-ketanji-brown-jackson\">include<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABA\u2019s\u00a0Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>The Honorable Ann Claire Williams<\/li>\n<li>Ms. D. Circuit in 2021 \u2014 where she still currently serves \u2014 and was confirmed by the Senate on a 53-44 vote, with three Senate Republicans joining the Democrats. The three Senate Republicans who voted to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senate.gov\/legislative\/LIS\/roll_call_votes\/vote1171\/vote_117_1_00231.htm#position\">confirm<\/a> Jackson were Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Susan Collins (R-ME).<\/p>\n<p>If confirmed, Jackson will replace Justice Stephen Breyer, who is expected to retire in July.
