It\u2019s time to call it up <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/oksenategop?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@oksenategop<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 OK Republican Party (@officialOKGOP) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/officialOKGOP\/status\/1506730486260977675?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 23, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cAthletic teams designated for \u2018females,\u2019 \u2018women\u2019 or \u2018girls\u2019 shall not be open to students of the male sex,\u201d the bill stated.<\/p>\n<p>Oklahoma\u2019s Save Women\u2019s Sports Act also requires parents or legal guardians to sign an affidavit attesting to their child\u2019s biological sex. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/22\/oklahoma-lawmakers-pass-texas-style-pro-life-bill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED:\u00a0Oklahoma Lawmakers Pass Texas-Style Pro-Life Bill)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPrior to the beginning of each school year, the parent or legal guardian of a student who competes on a school athletic team shall sign an affidavit acknowledging the biological sex of the student at birth,\u201d the bill stated.<\/p>\n<p>Athletes who are 18 or older competing on school-sanctioned sports teams would have to sign the affidavit themselves, according to the bill.<\/p>\n<p>The bill\u2019s author, Republican Oklahoma state Rep.
