It would also expedite the reunification of\u00a0Ukrainians\u00a0with U.S.-based family members, the sources said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"\">The immigration laws are so complex that officials have yet to pick the loopholes, according to the report:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\">The exact authority President Joe Biden would use to speed the passage of Ukrainians remains unclear, the sources said.\u00a0The White House is considering both humanitarian parole, a presidential authority that does not guarantee permanent legal status, and the Priority-2 designation program, which has been used for Afghans and others escaping war zones, they said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The Biden administration is preparing to unveil as early as this week a plan to expedite and streamline the resettlement of some Ukrainian refugees in the U.S., according to three sources familiar with the plan. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7kk2NOQlih\">https:\/\/t.co\/7kk2NOQlih<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 NBC News (@NBCNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NBCNews\/status\/1506433575977115656?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 23, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"\">Biden\u2019s deputies are already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/16\/poll-just-1-in-3-americans-approve-50000-plus-ukrainian-refugees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">welcoming<\/a> Ukrainian economic migrants at the southern border, even after the migrants refused to seek refugee protections in Germany, Mexico, and other countries. The resettlement comes as U.S. government officials are delivering weapons to help Ukrainians fight the Russian invasion.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"\">Most Americans want to help some Ukrainian refugees, but just one-in-three say they support permanent residency for more than 50,000 refugees, according to a mid-March poll by Rasmussen Reports.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/general_politics\/march_2022\/voters_approve_open_arms_for_ukrainian_refugees?utm_campaign=RR03162022DN&#038;utm_source=criticalimpact&#038;utm_medium=email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">March 13-14 survey<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/platinum\/political_tracking_crosstabs\/march_2022\/crosstabs_ukrainian_refugees_march_13_14_2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">1,000 likely voters<\/a>\u00a0reported that 45 percent of all voters \u201cstrongly support\u201d\u00a0President Joe Biden\u2019s statement that the United States will welcome Ukrainian refugees \u201cwith open arms.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But that \u201cwelcome in\u201d principle for Ukrainian refugees loses much support when Americans are asked if the refugees should be allowed to stay in the United States, presumably to compete for jobs, homes, university slots, and other resources.<\/p>\n<p>Just 25 percent of the likely voters said more than 100,000 Ukrainians should be \u201cgranted permanent residency in the United States.\u201d Only 11 percent said 50,000 to 100,000 should be allowed to stay.<\/p>\n<p>Sixteen percent said 10,000 to 50,000 should be allowed to stay, and 17 percent said less than 10,000 should be welcomed.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The most popular response was \u201cNot sure,\u201d which received 31 percent support. Among liberals, just 33 percent favor the permanent resettlement of more than 100,000 refugees.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s administration combines progressives and business groups who have a shared interest in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracting<\/a> many migrants from other countries.<\/p>\n<p>The business groups want to import more workers, consumers, and renters to help spike their Wall Street wealth. For example, on March 15, the <em>New York Times<\/em> quoted 2013 comments from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/03\/15\/us\/politics\/mike-gibbons-ohio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mike Gibbons<\/a>, an investment banker who is running for the GOP nomination in Ohio\u2019s Senate race:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"css-g5piaz evys1bk0\">Gibbons, who earned a master\u2019s degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, described being in a class with \u201cmostly Asians\u201d during graduate school.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-g5piaz evys1bk0\">\u201cIt was astounding to me how much they studied, how they were incredibly bright, but they memorized formulas,\u201d Gibbons said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Meanwhile, the progressives want to import more non-Americans to help them change and rule the United States.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,\u201d Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/03\/21\/opinion\/sway-kara-swisher-ro-khanna.html?showTranscript=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> the <em>New York Times<\/em>\u00a0on March 21:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Why are we so polarized? I believe it is that we [progressives] are trying to do something remarkable. When my parents came to the United States, the Immigration and Naturalization Act had just passed. Before that, they didn\u2019t let Indians basically come to America. Immigration was 90 percent European. Today it\u2019s about 15 percent European. We\u2019re a country that is 60 percent white non-Hispanic. We\u2019re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world. And you\u2019re telling me that was going to be some linear line from Obama onwards? Give me a break. It is hard, what we\u2019re doing.<\/p>\n<p>So we\u2019re polarized because we\u2019re fighting about different ways of life. We\u2019re fighting about different cultures. What should America be? And it\u2019s a tough time, and it\u2019s time we\u2019re with stress with economic dislocation, with jobs going offshore.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt will be an extraordinary achievement \u2026 we will ultimately triumph,\u201d he insisted.<\/p>\n<p>Many polls <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/immigration-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">show<\/a>\u00a0Americans oppose this revolutionary, wealth-shifting political agenda.
