The ex-adult film \u201cstar\u201d \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/01\/28\/fauci-calls-for-universal-coronavirus-vaccine\/\">who<\/a> publicly accused <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/02\/01\/canadas-truckers-inspire-in-america-while-forcing-trudeau-into-exile\/\">Trump<\/a> of having a sexual affair with her in 2006 \u2013 now <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/03\/22\/porn-star-stormy-daniels-loses-appeal-of-trump-case.html\">owes<\/a> the former president $300,000 in attorney fees.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit follows reports from 2018 which alleged that before the 2016 U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/01\/18\/debate-commission-co-chair-participated-in-ccp-meetings\/\">Presidential<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2020\/09\/26\/kassam-was-right-left-wing-media-says-national-pulse-exposed-transition-integrity-coup\/\">Election<\/a>, then-<a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/02\/23\/trump-backed-ortagus-to-host-rino-fundraiser\/\">candidate<\/a> Trump\u2019s now-disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen arranged a payment of $130,000 to ex-adult film actress Stormy Daniels to prevent her disclosing an alleged past affair with Trump in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2018, Cohen said the money had been paid from his own pocket, not as a campaign contribution or with the knowledge of any Trump organisations. In August of the same year, Cohen pleaded guilty to eight <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/01\/21\/illegal-aliens-can-now-use-their-own-arrest-warrants-to-travel-through-u-s-airports\/\">criminal<\/a> charges, and was sentenced to three years in federal prison on various charges as well as being disbarred.<\/p>\n<p>While internal reports claimed there was still \u201creason to believe\u201d the Trump campaign had violated campaign finance law, the FEC abandoned the inquiry. Daniels, however, continued her claim that Trump had defamed her by denying the affair.<\/p>\n<p>Now, after years-long legal feuding between Trump and Daniels, the former-<a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/02\/16\/blm-organizer-convicted-on-20-counts-of-possessing-child-porn\/\">pornography<\/a> peddler has now been ordered by a federal appeals court to pay nearly $300,000 after the failed lawsuit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gettr.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/GETTR_GetOnGettr_DM_V02_A5.jpg\" alt=\"Get On Gettr\" style=\"text-align: center;\" \/>  <\/a>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe 9th Circuit just issued a final ruling in the Stephanie Clifford (aka Stormy Daniels) frivolous lawsuit case against me brought by her disgraced lawyer, Michael Avenatti, upholding the lower court ruling that she owes me nearly $300,000 in attorney fees, costs, and sanctions (not including appeal costs).\u201d Donald Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2022\/mar\/21\/donald-trump-crows-liberal-9th-circuit-court-seals\/\">stated<\/a> Monday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Trump victory, the former-porn star fired back at a woman on <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/01\/10\/harris-comms-director-declared-election-illegitimate\/\">Twitter<\/a> gloating over Daniels\u2019s appeal failure, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/StormyDaniels\/status\/1506064853445795845?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1506064853445795845%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&#038;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnbc.com%2F2022%2F03%2F22%2Fporn-star-stormy-daniels-loses-appeal-of-trump-case.html\">tweeting<\/a> \u201cI will go to jail before I pay a penny.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Daniels would have to pay the money regardless of if she went to jail.<\/p>\n<p>The porn \u201cstar\u201d was once represented by <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2021\/12\/30\/cnn-has-an-institutional-sex-problem-and-its-time-for-answers\/\">CNN<\/a> favorite Avenatti, who is currently himself incarcerated for extortion, transmission of interstate communications with intent to extort, and wire <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/02\/24\/zuckerberg-manager-now-works-for-biden-white-house\/\">fraud<\/a>.
