Only 39 percent of independent voters say she should be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/f\/?id=0000017f-af85-ddbf-a17f-bfcd49770000\">confirmed<\/a> to the Court, an unusually low number. Forty-five percent\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/fox-news-poll-record-number-of-voters-oppose-kavanaugh-nomination\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">approved<\/a>\u00a0of Kavanaugh\u2019s confirmation, and 46 percent opposed, a Fox News poll\u00a0found.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson\u2019s poor approval rating may be because voters are distracted by Biden\u2019s chaotic presidency.
