Fifty-nine percent of voters believe they are \u201csomewhat or very favorable\u201d of Trump. Forty-seven percent of voters hold the same opinion of Biden.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Biden\u2019s overall approval rating in the Emerson poll was slightly higher than in other recent polls, with 43 percent approving and 49 percent disapproving. Just 28 percent approved, while 64 percent disapproved.<\/p>\n<p>The president\u2019s subpar polling is impacting generic ballot polling.\u00a0Emerson revealed that Republicans lead Democrats on the generic ballot by five points (47-42 percent).\u00a0Among independents, Republicans also lead on the generic ballot (42-28 percent).
