According to an official WhiteHouse.gov <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/03\/22\/statement-from-press-secretary-jen-psaki-6\/\">announcement<\/a> from her office, she was in meetings with President Joe Biden but he tested negative:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Today, in preparation for travel to Europe, I took a PCR test this morning. That test came back positive, which means I will be adhering to CDC guidance and no longer be traveling on the President\u2019s trip to Europe.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I had two socially-distanced meetings with the President yesterday, and the President is not considered a close contact as defined by CDC guidance. I am sharing the news of my positive test today out of an abundance of transparency.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The President tested negative today via PCR test.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Thanks to the vaccine, I have only experienced mild symptoms. In alignment with White House COVID-19 protocols, I will work from home and plan to return to work in person at the conclusion of a five-day isolation period and a negative test.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As pointed out by Townhall\u2019s Katie Pavlich, this \u201cis the second time in five months she has tested positive.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has tested positive for COVID-19 and has mild symptoms.
