That\u2019s a clear sign he\u2019s considering using both of those. He\u2019s already used chemical weapons in the past, and we should be careful about what\u2019s about to come,\u201d Biden continued.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>Russia has alleged that the U.S. is putting bioweapons in Ukraine to use against Russia. There are bioresearch labs in Ukraine partnered with the U.S. government, but there is no evidence that these labs are being used to develop bioweapons or target Russia. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/14\/ukraine-biolabs-victoria-nuland-russia-bioweapons-chemical-weapons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Here\u2019s Why Everyone Is Talking About Biolabs In Ukraine)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we have said all along, Russia is inventing false pretexts in an attempt to justify its own horrific actions in Ukraine. The United States does not own or operate any chemical or biological laboratories in Ukraine, it is in full compliance with its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention and Biological Weapons Convention, and it does not develop or possess such weapons anywhere,\u201d State Department spokesperson Ned Price said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/the-kremlins-allegations-of-chemical-and-biological-weapons-laboratories-in-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">statement<\/a> March 9.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is Russia that has active chemical and biological weapons programs and is in violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention and Biological Weapons Convention,\u201d Price continued.<\/p>\n<p>NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/nato-concerned-moscow-could-stage-false-flag-operation-ukraine-stoltenberg-2022-03-15\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">expressed concern<\/a> March 15 of Russia using chemical weapons in a false flag operation, according to Reuters.<\/p>\n<p>Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3z5iuC4oya8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> March 11 that Russia would pay a \u201csevere price\u201d if they use chemical weapons, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin warned that the use of chemical weapons would get a \u201csignificant reaction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf a chemical or biological weapon was used, you\u2019d see a significant reaction from not only the United States, but also the global community,\u201d Austin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/ukraine-russia-chemical-biological-weapons-lloyd-austin-face-the-nation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> in a Sunday interview on \u201cFace the Nation.\u201d \u201cI don\u2019t want to speculate about what exactly would change our calculation.
