Duke Energy, American Airlines, United Airlines, Bank of America, and Chobani,\u00a0plus top investors from Andreesen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins, plus a top manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThese are not subject matter experts on DHS \u2018 critical law enforcement mission,\u201d said Jon Feere, <a href=\"https:\/\/cis.org\/Feere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a former agency official<\/a> under President Donald Trump and now an expert at the Center for Immigration Studies.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>This council is intended to be the Secretary\u2019s think-tank, to be made up of subject matter experts who can help advance the department\u2019s mission. With the exception of a few people, it seems this new list is made up primarily of establishment business and cheap labor\/open border advocates \u2026 And I\u00a0don\u2019t see any entities on this new list that seek to promote the interest of American workers, and nor do I see anyone on this list who has made a career of demanding a serious commitment to the enforcement of immigration laws.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019 choices include the heads of ethnic identity groups, including for an Indian tribe, Unidos \u2014 formerly known as La Raza \u2014 and Asian-Americans and African-American cops. \u201cWe know [Unidos] is very much hostile to DHS\u2019 mission of enforcing immigration laws,\u201d said Feere.<\/p>\n<p>He also picked advocates for more migration, including managers at an elite-backed group that helps <a href=\"https:\/\/supportkind.org\/press-releases\/kind-wendy-young-new-homeland-security-advisory-council\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">get economic migrants anchored<\/a> in U.S. society, the head of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/07\/24\/india-ambassador-praises-house-outsourcing-us-college-jobs-indians\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D.C.-based group<\/a> that helped the Indian government lobby for more H-1B workers, the head of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/topic\/immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Brookings Institution<\/a>, plus at least two members of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chertoffgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Chertoff Group<\/a>, a secretive advocacy firm for well-paying special interests.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s a very swampy list of people,\u201d Feere said.<\/p>\n<p>The panel is meeting for the first time on March 21.<\/p>\n<p>The pro-migration panel exemplifies Mayorkas\u2019 plans to accelerate the extraction of foreign workers and consumers for use in the U.S. economy, despite plentiful evidence of massive economic harm to American employees, renters, and home-buyers. For example, Mayorkas is completing a regulation that would allow his pro-migration deputies to bestow U.S. citizenship on economic migrants without oversight by judges or congressional caps.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, Mayorkas allowed roughly 1 million economic migrants across the southern border, despite the existence of laws that allow him to block and detain economic migrants and asylum seekers. That huge flow of foreign workers and rents has helped to minimize wages gains for Americans and to maximize real-estate gains for landlords.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, roughly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/15\/d-c-s-economic-policy-sidelines-almost-20-million-american-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">20 million American men<\/a> have been pushed out of the U.S. labor market by the federal government\u2019s policy of extraction migration. The <em>Washington Post<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/nation\/2022\/03\/20\/intergenerational-wealth-middle-class-spiral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> March 20 on an American family in Lincoln Park, Mich.:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Now Dave [Ramsey] looked up at the laminated menu of funeral home prices posted on the wall. \u201cOne-day visitation: $5300.\u201d \u201cFuneral service director: $1800.\u201d \u201cLimousine: $450.\u201d His family couldn\u2019t afford any of it, so Dave Sr.\u2019s body had remained in a freezer at the funeral home for three weeks while Dave Jr. scrapped metal and raised money from friends. His 17-year-old daughter had worked extra shifts at A&#038;W and his girlfriend had sold some of her electronics, until finally they\u2019d come up with $1,400 for basic cremation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"w-700 mr-auto-ns ml-auto-ns\">\n<p class=\"font-copy font--article-body gray-darkest ma-0 pb-md\">\u201cI\u2019m sorry. It\u2019s embarrassing,\u201d Dave said, as he got ready to leave. \u201cThis is the bare minimum.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"w-700 mr-auto-ns ml-auto-ns\">\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"font-copy font--article-body gray-darkest ma-0 pb-md\">\u201cBelieve me, the bare minimum is normal,\u201d the [funeral home] employee said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mayorkas is a Cuban immigrant and a pro-migration zealot. In 2021, for example, Mayorkas\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/biden-administration-plan-would-protect-immigrants-from-deportation-if-they-report-employer-abuses-11634049000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">told<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0<em>Wall Street Journal <\/em>that he would allow companies to employ illegal workers providing they paid wages approved by Mayorkas. \u201cBusinesses that merely employ [illegal] immigrants not authorized to work but offer them fair wages and safe working conditions wouldn\u2019t be a priority for immigration enforcement, he added.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, Mayorkas\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/fVpXrJBIHH8?t=108\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">declared<\/a>\u00a0 that Americans\u2019 homeland is \u201ca nation that always has been and\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fVpXrJBIHH8&#038;t=108s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">forever will remain<\/a>\u00a0a Nation of Immigrants.\u201d In April 2021, he said migrant-owned companies \u201care\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/05\/03\/dhs-majorkas-immigrants-are-backbone-us-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the backbone<\/a>\u00a0of our communities \u2014 and of our country.\u201d In May 2021, he staged the\u00a0televised\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/05\/06\/department-of-homeland-secuiritys-mayorkas-stages-open-borders-theater\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reunification of migrant families<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/06\/08\/mayorkas-invites-more-deported-migrants-back-to-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distract media coverage<\/a>\u00a0from his border chaos. In June,\u00a0Mayorkas promised that he would\u00a0put the dignity of foreign migrants \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/06\/09\/mayorkas-dignity-of-migrants-is-foremost-dhs-priority\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">foremost in our efforts<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Mayorkas\u2019 CEO-heavy advisory panel is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/news\/2020\/05\/07\/acting-secretary-wolf-announces-new-homeland-security-advisory-council-members\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">very different<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/publications\/august_18th_2020_meeting_minutes_mike_miron_signed_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the panels<\/a> picked by pro-American President Donald Trump\u2019s deputies.<\/p>\n<p>For example, in August 2020, Trump\u2019s DHS chief, Chad Wolf,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/news\/2020\/08\/18\/acting-secretary-chad-wolf-announces-new-homeland-security-advisory-council-members\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a>\u00a0several new advisors, including\u00a0 \u201cDr. Sharon Cooper\u00a0is a developmental and forensic pediatrician who evaluates and treats children who have been victims of all forms of abuse \u2026\u00a0\u00a0Mr. John F. Clark, former director of the United States Marshals Service and longtime child advocate, is the president and CEO of the National Center for Missing &#038; Exploited Children.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In November 20022, Wolf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/news\/2020\/11\/12\/acting-secretary-chad-f-wolf-announces-new-homeland-security-advisory-council\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">added<\/a>, \u201cCatherine Lotrionte\u00a0is a Senior Researcher at Georgetown University, a Senior Associate in the Technology Policy Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a Senior Fellow at the McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security at Auburn University [and]\u00a0Tom Jenkins\u00a0was appointed Fire Chief for the City of Rogers, Arkansas on January 16, 2009.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>In November 2020, Trump\u2019s panel produced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/publications\/final_economic_security_subcommittee_report_1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a report<\/a> about Chinese spying and technology theft. For example, it recommended more oversight over student visas and the EB-5 citizenship-sale program, noting that \u201cas other avenues of immigration have closed, EB-5 is likely to be exploited more systematically by the Chinese government.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has used a wide variety of excuses and explanations to justify its policy of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracting<\/a>\u00a0tens of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/02\/23\/report-u-s-immigrant-population-hits-record-46-6-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">millions<\/a>\u00a0of migrants\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/24\/bidens-border-agency-worries-about-tinder-swindler-amid-migration-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visa workers<\/a>\u00a0from poor countries to serve as workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.<\/p>\n<p>The self-serving\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic<\/a>\u00a0strategy of extraction migration has\u00a0no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/20\/gop-donors-economist-immigration-can-offset-foreign-trade-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stopping<\/a>\u00a0point. It is harmful to ordinary Americans because it cuts their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career<\/a> opportunities, cuts their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wages<\/a>, raises their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">housing<\/a>\u00a0costs, and shoves\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/15\/d-c-s-economic-policy-sidelines-almost-20-million-american-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tens of millions of Americans<\/a>\u00a0out of the labor force.<\/p>\n<p>Extraction migration also curbs Americans\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>, shrinks their political\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&#038;rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS946US946&#038;oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&#038;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.10228j0j4&#038;sourceid=chrome&#038;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">clout<\/a>, and widens the regional wealth\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaps<\/a>\u00a0between the Democrats\u2019 coastal states and the Republicans\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/01\/10\/former-steeltown-seeks-afghans-to-replace-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heartland<\/a>\u00a0states.<\/p>\n<p>An economy built on extraction migration also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/survey-elite-imposed-migration-is-transforming-national-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radicalizes<\/a>\u00a0Americans\u2019 democratic, compromise-promoting civic\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/search\/?s=%22white+supremacy%22#gsc.tab=0&#038;gsc.q=%22white%20supremacy%22&#038;gsc.page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">culture.<\/a>\u00a0It allows wealthy elites to ignore\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diseases_of_despair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">despairing<\/a>\u00a0Americans\u00a0at the\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JorgeAl49986803\/status\/1439791277571145737?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">bottom<\/a>\u00a0of society.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>The economic strategy also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/01\/dhs-mayorkas-welcomes-illegal-migrant-survivor-boat-disaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kills<\/a>\u00a0many migrants, undermines U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/04\/joe-biden-delivers-flood-of-cheap-migrant-labor-to-new-york\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">workplace<\/a> standards,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/04\/13\/joe-bidens-half-open-border-splits-tens-of-thousands-of-families\/\" rel=\"noopener\">variety<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/04\/13\/ipsos-poll-nearly-8-in-10-americans-want-immigration-moratorium-for-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polls<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The polls\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/08\/05\/poll-swing-voters-hugely-oppose-2020-democrats-promising-more-immigration\/\"
