The Blast report also notes, \u201cOur sources say Kanye\u2019s team isn\u2019t surprised by the decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The team likely isn\u2019t surprised due to West\u2019s behavior on social media over the last few months, in which the rapper has been lambasting his ex-wife Kim Kardashian\u2019s new boyfriend, comedian and <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em> star Pete Davidson, among others.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Last month, West took to social media to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2022\/02\/14\/kanye-west-mocks-dckhead-pete-davidson-for-getting-hillary-clinton-tattoo\/\">mock<\/a> \u201cdickhead\u201d Davidson for getting a tattoo of Hillary Clinton, proclaiming, \u201cLOOK AT THIS DICKHEAD I WONDER IF INSTAGRAM GONNA SHUT DOWN MY PAGE FOR DISSING HILARY CLINTON\u2019S EX BOYFRIEND.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, the rapper took his feud with his ex-wife and Davidson to a whole new level with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2022\/03\/03\/watch-snls-pete-davidson-gets-buried-alive-in-kanye-west-music-video\/\">release<\/a> of a music video in which West buried a claymation doppelganger of the <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em> star alive.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Blast, sources say the decision to ban West from performing was made, in part, due to <em>Daily Show<\/em> host Trevor Noah hosting this year\u2019s Grammys, which has caused some worry about how the who men might interact during the show.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday,\u00a0Instagram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2022\/03\/17\/kanye-west-suspended-from-instagram-for-racial-slur-at-trevor-noah\/\">suspended<\/a> West for 24 hours after he issued a racial slur at Noah over the comedian\u2019s criticism of his treatment of Kardashian and Davidson.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, rapper The Game \u2014 who\u00a0collaborated with West on the recent single and Davidson-burring music video \u2014 wrote in an Instagram post, \u201cTime\u00a0&#038; time again they show us that they only want to STEAL the culture, not allow you to ever be their equals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn a more than obvious move for reasons of minuscule actions\u2026. The Grammys have at the last minute decided to pull [Kanye West] from performing on the show as if we didn\u2019t know it was coming,\u201d the rapper added.<\/p>\n<p>The Game continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Could be because [Trevor Noah] is hosting and there was a conversation held amongst his team &#038; the academy that led to the decision or because Ye\u2019s account was suspended just days ago for reasons unknown especially in a world where all the negativities of the world can be found on the same app with no repercussions or suspensions\u2026. We\u2019ll just say it\u2019s all of the above &#038; a continuous disrespect for us &#038; all that we have brought to the table in entertainment, media &#038; sports over the last 100 years especially.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CbRO2vfL5sd\/?utm_source=ig_embed&#038;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSpeak your mind in this country for yourself, family or your people &#038; you\u2019re ostracized immediately &#038; if you push them hard enough they will stop at no ends to try and put an end to you as a whole\u2026.
