The hospital, with all its CCTV, has had to admit that the rape happened and that it was committed by a man,\u201d Nicholson asserted as she lambasted hospital staff.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to Breitbart London, British actor turned political pundit and Reclaim Party leader\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LozzaFox\">Laurence Fox<\/a> condemned the hospital\u2019s response to the attack.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cOnce society breaks down to such an extent that objective reality means nothing, these vile events will escalate exponentially. We must come together to protect women and attack the woke cultural revolution that seeks to remove all the rights brave women who came before fought for,\u201d Fox said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur foundational institutions are all infected with this repellent ideology,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BBC: \u2018Is It Transphobic to Not Date Transgender People?\u2019  <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/8tVbvADUHC\">https:\/\/t.co\/8tVbvADUHC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartLondon\/status\/952964822852866051?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 15, 2018<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Baroness Nicholson has also accused the NHS of\u00a0giving \u201cpriority to trans people over women\u201d and undermining the \u201cdignity, privacy and safety\u201d of biologically female patients through their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.england.nhs.uk\/statistics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/05\/NEW-Delivering_same_sex_accommodation_sep2019.pdf\">Annex B policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This policy cites the 2010 Equality Act to support their current decision-making process in determining what single-sex ward a transgender person should be placed on, insisting that the decision must be made \u201caccording to their presentation: the way they dress, and the name and pronouns they currently use\u201d and not their \u201cphysical sex appearance of the chest or genitalia\u201d \u2014 and regardless of whether they have legally transitioned or not.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The policy also highlights that \u201ctrans men and non-binary individuals can become pregnant and should be treated with dignity while using maternity services\u201d and \u201cwhere admission\/triage staff are unsure of a person\u2019s gender, they should, where possible, ask discreetly where the person would be most comfortably accommodated. They should then comply with the patient\u2019s preference immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nicholson went on to highlight the Orwellian nature of this policy, explaining that \u201cthe result of Annex B is that hospital trusts inform ward sisters and nurses that if there is a male, as a trans person, in a female ward, and a female patient or anyone complains, they must be told that it is not true \u2014 there is no male there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it is completely wrong that the National Health Service should be instructing or allowing staff to mislead patients \u2014 to tell a straightforward lie.
