href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/article\/worst-joe-biden-gaffes\/\">another gaffe<\/a> Tuesday \u2013 referring to Vice President Kamala Harris as \u201cthe first lady.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden made the mix-up while noting Harris wasn\u2019t with him at an event because her husband, second gentleman Doug Emhoff, tested positive for COVID-19 earlier in the day.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/theblaze\/status\/1503879473787244547?s=20&#038;t=LJLd8mMsoaFwt1hEjQTiXQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">video of the snafu<\/a> posted to Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>Somebody off to Biden\u2019s side then appears to correct the president \u2013 eliciting laughter from those in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>The White House revealed Emhoff\u2019s positive
