Marsha Blackburn, the\u00a0only female Republican senator on the Senate Judiciary Committee.<\/p>\n<p>That guide, distributed to attendees of a\u00a0conservative women\u2019s strategy session with the Independent Women\u2019s Law Center, which took place Tuesday afternoon on Capitol Hill, references the onslaught of personal and professional attacks leveraged against both Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.<\/p>\n<p>During their confirmation hearings, Democrats and activists <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/07\/08\/amy-coney-barrett-roe-v-wade-supreme-court-catholic-brett-kavanaugh\/\">accused<\/a> both justices of being radically pro-life and seeking to overturn Roe v. Wade. Kavanaugh <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/09\/23\/kavanaugh-confirmation-scotus-christine-ford\/\">was accused<\/a> of a slew of sexual assaults with little to no supporting evidence, and critics suggested that Barrett <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/10\/13\/barrett-addresses-attacks-on-her-adopted-children-from-haiti\/\">adopted her black children<\/a> for nefarious reasons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJudge Jackson deserves a thorough, fair, and transparent confirmation process,\u201d the guide says. \u201cIt must be\u00a0conducted in a manner devoid of needless attacks against her and focused on her past\u00a0performance, writings, and rulings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is almost certain that the Democrats and their allies in\u00a0the media will lob false accusations of racism and sexism when uncomfortable questions are\u00a0asked,\u201d the guide continued. \u201cThe Senate must not be threatened into silence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Blackburn calls for Republicans to press Jackson on whether she supports the positions of \u201cradical left-wing groups that are funding a massive PR\u00a0blitz to get her confirmed \u2014 such as packing the Court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This is a likely reference to Demand Justice, a left-wing organization <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/leftist-group-prepping-to-pour-millions-into-scotus-nominee-silent-on-board-member-calling-constitution-kind-of-trash\">prepping<\/a> to funnel millions into Jackson\u2019s nomination whose board member called the Constitution \u201ckind of trash.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must not fixate on the fact that\u00a0President Joe Biden first weaponized this process and allowed the Supreme Court\u00a0confirmation process to become toxic,\u201d the messaging guide continues. \u201cWe must remain focused on conducting a thorough\u00a0and fair process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The messaging guide reminds Republicans that senators have a constitutional duty to provide input on the president\u2019s nominees, noting that Supreme Court justices are appointed for life and require \u201ctough questions and close examination.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Republicans must message that the senate cannot blindly confirm a justice to \u201cserve as a rubber stamp for a radical progressive agenda, the guide says, noting that Jackson must be committed to upholding the Constitution as written, and the American people deserve to know if Jackson supports court packing.<\/p>\n<p>A digital toolkit also provided to attendees of Tuesday\u2019s Supreme Court strategy session encourages tweets and social media posts about the importance of selecting constitutionalist judges who uphold the rule of the law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJudges do not create, nor do they enforce,\u201d one sample tweet says. \u201cThey interpret the laws.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies and counter-cultural outlets for news, opinion, and entertainment.
