I\u2019m not saying we\u2019re over; we\u2019re just getting going. And a lot of work to do. But never forget what we\u2019ve accomplished together so far. <em>And, by the way, the American people just trying to stay above water don\u2019t understand this.<\/em> You tell them what the American Recovery Act was, and they look at you like, \u2018What<br \/>are you talking about?\u2019 Understandably. They\u2019re like my family: mom, dad, four kids, grandpop living in the house in a three-bedroom split-level home.
