Most recently, the group is pushing for the confirmation of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>Elie Mystal, who is listed as a director on a Demand Justice IRS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/563667424\/Demand-Justice-1024-Ahttps:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/563667424\/Demand-Justice-1024-A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">application<\/a> that was submitted in May, according to a document obtained by the DCNF, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/04\/the-view-dumbfounded-guest-constitution-kind-of-trash\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> in a March 4 appearance on ABC\u2019s \u201cThe View,\u201d that the U.S. Constitution \u201cis kind of trash.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mystal made the comment in response to a question of whether he believed the Constitution is a \u201cliving document or is it a sacred document?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The idea is also part of Mystal\u2019s new <a href=\"https:\/\/thenewpress.com\/books\/allow-me-retort\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">book<\/a>, \u201cAllow Me to Retort: A Black Guy\u2019s Guide to the Constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The day before his appearance on \u201cThe View,\u201d Mystal <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/03\/elie-mystal-calls-throwing-out-constitution-more-inclusive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suggested<\/a> throwing out\u00a0the Constitution for something \u201cmore inclusive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t need to be a legal scholar to understand your own rights. You don\u2019t need to accept the \u2018whites only\u2019 theory of equality pushed by conservative judges. The organization did not respond to multiple requests for comment. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/11\/elie-mystal-judge-bruce-schroeder-rittenhouse-trial-bias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED:<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/11\/elie-mystal-judge-bruce-schroeder-rittenhouse-trial-bias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> \u2018Racist Judge With His Trump Rally Cellphone\u2019: Left-Wing Journalist Has A Meltdown Over Judge In Rittenhouse Case)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before Biden took office, Demand Justice included Jackson on its \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/demandjustice.org\/supreme-court-shortlist\/?link_id=2&#038;can_id=616ed924110c68b47819f5f3e9c3f8ef&#038;source=email-demand-justice-announces-initial-1m-ad-buy-in-support-of-judge-ketanji-brown-jacksons-nomination-to-supreme-court&#038;email_referrer=email_1457741&#038;email_subject=demand-justice-announces-initial-1m-ad-buy-in-support-of-judge-ketanji-brown-jacksons-nomination-to-supreme-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shortlist<\/a>\u201d for suggested nominees to the bench, and in February, the organization <a href=\"https:\/\/demandjustice.org\/demand-justice-announces-initial-1m-ad-buy-in-support-of-judge-ketanji-brown-jacksons-nomination-to-supreme-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced<\/a> an initial $1 million campaign to fund an ad campaign supporting <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/07\/joe-biden-ketanji-brown-jackson-leonard-jeffries-antisemitic-jewish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">her<\/a> nomination.<\/p>\n<p>Demand Justice Initiative, a charity associated with the organization, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/563668225\/Demand-Justice-Initiative-1023-Application?secret_password=jPTn6vMmBfVVXAAMLACK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">told<\/a> the IRS it will bring in $4,250,000 in 2022 that will go directly to Demand Justice.<\/p>\n<p>Some Republicans in the Senate, including South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham have <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LindseyGrahamSC\/status\/1497218172071645195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">criticized<\/a> Biden\u2019s nominee for being too far left.<\/p>\n<p>Missouri Sen.
