I would have rather had my own immune system handle this one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow, to me, it\u2019s a case-by-case basis,\u201d the HBO host explained. \u201cI\u2019m not an anti-vaxxer, I just think everybody is different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are some diseases out there I would fight you for the vaccine,\u201d Maher asserted, though not for COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmerica is so unhealthy \u2014 that\u2019s the essential part we don\u2019t address \u2014 so unhealthy to begin with, that it\u2019s great we have a vaccine, because that is saving the lives of everyone smart enough to get the vaccine who is not in good health to being with,\u201d he said. \u201cBut, ya know, that certainly wouldn\u2019t have been my way to handle it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Notably, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/people-were-crying-ben-shapiro-talks-daily-wire-win-against-biden-admin-over-vax-mandate\">The Daily Wire<\/a> filed a lawsuit in November against the Biden administration, after the president said he would mandate all businesses with at least 100 employees have their workers either get vaccinated or submit to regular testing, lest they be fired.<\/p>\n<p>In January, the Supreme Court blocked the order, which was pushed via the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, known commonly as OSHA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe here at The Daily Wire are really excited about this and we put our money where our mouth was,\u201d Shapiro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/people-were-crying-ben-shapiro-talks-daily-wire-win-against-biden-admin-over-vax-mandate\">reacted<\/a> to the win on Fox News. \u201cWe spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, and we were the first company in America to file against the vax mandate and watching them going down in flaming defeat is well worth that cost.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur Daily Wire offices in Nashville, people were crying when they watched the decision coming down,\u201d Shapiro revealed, \u201cbecause people thought they\u2019d lose their jobs over this.
