Putin was actually addressing Russian citizens in April 2020 about COVID-19 measures and extending the government-issued \u201cnon-work week.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Fact Check:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Putin has escalated his threats against Western nations in recent days as Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine continues, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/03\/05\/europe\/ukraine-russia-invasion-saturday-intl\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CNN<\/a>. Russia also recently put its nuclear \u201cdeterrence force\u201d on high alert, prompting concern in the international community, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2022\/3\/3\/how-realistic-is-vladimir-putins-nuclear-threat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Al-Jazeera<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>The Facebook video allegedly shows Putin warning Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari to not interfere in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
