Perhaps Pew ought to explore that dark enigma next. Nevertheless, the pro-life movement now faces the challenge that reasons for abortion seem to have shifted towards undisguised selfishness, laziness, careerism, and contempt for children, versus\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.guttmacher.org%2Fjournals%2Fpsrh%2F2005%2Freasons-us-women-have-abortions-quantitative-and-qualitative-perspectives&#038;data=04%7C01%7Ckhamrick%40studentsforlife.org%7C5373e09918f2415c77a008d9f61bce22%7Cb3f92ab929b141449c57d11e0e7a368a%7C0%7C0%7C637811421565064785%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&#038;sdata=HK45zoTwmI2QCylN4z8vDho%2By5XeRPvFiJbxx6qFoHk%3D&#038;reserved=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the older data<\/a>\u00a0that showed women were choosing abortion for reasons of circumstance, such as finances, relationship trouble, coercion, or health concerns.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"de-stigmatizing-children\">De-Stigmatizing Children<\/h2>\n<p>If\u00a0<em>Roe\u00a0v. Now, on top of those not insignificant duties, pro-lifers are set with the task of\u00a0de-stigmatizing children.<\/p>\n<p>When attempting to appeal to a population of self-interested young adults, perhaps the most compelling approach is indeed an appeal to self.
