Version: 4.0.47--><div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Californian-Gas-Prices-640x335-1.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"subheading\"><span>Nine out of the top ten states with the most expensive cost of gas per gallon are led by Democrats, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rga.org\/democrat-led-states-highest-gas-prices-country\/\">report<\/a> from the Republican Governors Association (RGA).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe new data comes just days after <\/span>25 Republican governors <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/republican-governors-domestic-energy-production\/\">called<\/a> on the White House to reverse energy policies<span> that have kneecapped America\u2019s domestic energy production,\u201d according to the organization.\u00a0\u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/money\/2022\/02\/22\/russia-ukraine-invasion-oil-stocks-impact-economy\/6889557001\/?gnt-cfr=1\">Experts say<\/a><span> the rising cost of gas is related to the effect Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine has on foreign oil supplies the Biden Administration has come to rely on.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p><span>The RGA cited <a href=\"https:\/\/gasprices.aaa.com\/state-gas-price-averages\/\">data<\/a> from the American Automobile Association (AAA) on the\u00a0<\/span><span>most expensive average costs of gas per gallon (as of Monday morning):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li><span>California ($5.28)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Hawaii ($4.69)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Nevada ($4.52)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Oregon ($4.46)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Washington ($4.40)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Illinois ($4.26)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Connecticut ($4.21)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>New York ($4.20)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Pennsylvania ($4.17)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>In contrast, nine out of the top ten states that have the lowest average cost of gas per gallon\u00a0<\/span><span>(as of Monday morning) are led by Republicans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Missouri ($3.63)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Oklahoma ($3.65)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Arkansas ($3.69)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>South Dakota ($3.70)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Iowa ($3.72)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Texas ($3.73)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Nebraska ($3.73)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>North Dakota ($3.73)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Wyoming ($3.74)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>\u201cDemocrat governors are silent as more than two dozen Republican governors have <\/span>called on Joe Biden to restore American energy independence<span> and ease the burdens felt by every hard working American family,\u201d<\/span>\u00a0RGA Communications Director Jesse Hunt said in a statement<span>. \u201cAmid record high inflation, the last thing American families need is even higher costs at the pump due to Democrat incompetence at home and now abroad.
